It has to go to consultation and be agreed by unions so still a (slim) chance it won't happen

I wonder if we could see a ‘13’ situation and see some other routes diverted and/or renumbered to keep some of the traditional lower numbers due to complaints by locals. For example, 414 renumbered to 14 (and maybe extended to Putney Heath) and 332 renumbered to 16 (or they spin it as withdrawing 332 and diverting the 16 to Paddington and extending to Brent Park). Of course TfL will try and put a positive spin on these changes

Is this published on TFL’s website anywhere?

So the list pretty much confirms where the 248 buses are coming from.
The cuts are bad but not as extensive as I thought they would be! The famous 414 and 94 never made the list.

TfL wasted money paying for the 521 electrics to have a refurbishment and now if they are used elsewhere they will need more work to be upseated.
Guess routes will run until the end of contracts for example the D7 contract ends in September 2023.

Either way, for me I don't think they'll adjust any routes for the 16 withdrawal. The 98 follows as far as Marble Arch, where most likely they'll use a Hopper Fare to use the 2, 13, 36, 148, 390 instead.

Ok I was hoping that this was all smoke and no fire but shocking one, although not surprised.
Well at least let’s get it done in one go so we can see how things look going forward

This is the most horrendous news I've ever heard from TfL and there's no way that this monstrosity can happen because a lot of these routes are useful for passengers, especially tourists in Central London and I'm also a local resident of the 11 and 14. Because of reading this alarming news, I want to move away from the Chelsea neighbourhood next year.
