It isn't looking good. She has already made Prime Minister Johnson travel to Balmoral and also Lizz Truss to be asked to form a Government. The photos of her shaking hands with Liz Truss made her look very frail. It emerged this morning that there concerns for her health. All her children, plus the Duchess of Cornwall, Primce William, Prince Harry and the Duchess of Sussex are all either at Balmoral or on their way there. The BBC News live feed is putting out regular updates. www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/uk-62834633

I fear the worst
Doctors are concerned for Her Majesty’s health yet don’t take her to hospital? The family are all rushed to Balmoral? News presenters in black ties? It’s not difficult to connect the dots. Obviously protocol has to be followed but I fear we’ve lost the greatest monarch we will ever have in this country. I hope I’m wrong but I fear I’m not 😔

Better the family to meet and mourn in peace first before making it more formal in my view

The Queen has died. It was announced officially a few minutes ago that she died peacefully this afternoon.

The Queen has been an amazing public servant throughout her life, incredibly sad day for the country. Charles certainly has big shoes to fill.

Omg the Queen’s dead 😳 I thought I would e ever see the day that I’ll see the death of a ruling monarch and the crowning and coronation of a new monarch King Charles or whatever name he chooses to use for his reign. Due to the Queen’s long reign it’s been a longtime since the world saw the death of a monarch and a coronation of a new monarch. I had very a bad feeling a very bad feeling about this especially he saw Boris resign and welcoming the new Prime Minister Liz Truss at Balmoral instead of Buckingham Palace. It’s especially weird and coincidence how Meghan Markle and Prince Harry just came back into the UK 🇬🇧 Those are two strange coincidences. Rest in peace to the Queen.

It will be a profound experience for many of us. No-one under the age of 71 will have experienced a Royal Succession in the United Kingdom before and many in their seventies will have no memory of it. I have lived through four Jubilees, and now a Succession which will be marked next year by the Coronation of the new King, who we now know will be Charles III.

I’m absolutely devastated by this news. RIP to the best monarch Britain has ever had and will ever have.
