Looks like route 242/N242 is getting Electroliners (82049-74). The only issue with that is that's 10 more buses than the 16 currently needed for the 242 - however, if you include the D7 (I know it's been earmarked for MCV's), 82049-74 adds up perfectly including two spares for the 242 and one for the D7 Which is what I said earlier in the Stagecoach thread yesterday.

x.com/BusAndTrainUser/status/1765782002219786384?s=20The 23 Yutong E12s for Rawmarsh routes 221 and 22x (Rotherham, Stagecoach Yorkshire) have started to arrive. These were funded through the first round of ZEBRA. A bit different to the usual Stagecoach specification!

Looking at the ADL Demonstrator with Yorkshire Puulman and now this, I am getting the feeling the new spec TfL interior is leaving us very short changed. Having said that, that flooring might make people feel funny, why not got standard wood effect, but otherwise top notch.

Has a TFL Spec come out for this? The 11.1m only has a capacity for 83 passengers. How will a 10.5m TfL spec vehicle match up? I thought TfL had a requirement for 80 passengers minimum.

According to current ADL brochures the 11.1m spec / 10.5m spec models can handle up to 96/86 passengers (80/62 seated).

Presumably that the bog standard spec and is without the double wheelchair bay like these ones have. But given TfL will have dual doors and a lengthened wheelchair bay i can’t imagine they’ll get anywhere near 96/86.

This also came from the Stagecoach 2024 Bus Handbook, but this list has more details as to where the buses are intended to and a couple of orders that weren't mentioned on the list posted last week: Optare Solo: 48105-11: Lillyhall 48112-14: Chichester These batches have been diverted to Manchester too and have been delivered in yellow paint but with Stagecoach interiors, just like 48101-48104.
