Any idea why 8127 has returned to TF? They don’t appear to be short of buses, nor can I recall any refurbs taking place there.

I’ve noticed an appeal for new drivers is being stuck on back of their buses.

I have a funny feeling this could become common place at most bus operators over the next few years, whenever savage cost cutting is needed it always trickles down most to the people at the bottom, ie the drivers in this case.

This will probably mean that if they go ahead with the strike it will effect the Christmas Period.

I seem to remember that idea being brought up and frowned upon in the RATP strikes as it was another company just taking advantage of the situation. Tube strike extras fair enough but these companies are direct competitors.

Route 3's allocation of LTs has definitely moved to QB, but are there notices on these LTs that say "route 3 only", it seems to keep its own strict allocation of LTs. Might there be any particular reason for this?
Drivers of course are still signing on at WL though that shouldn't have an effect on the buses being used

Drivers of course are still signing on at WL though that shouldn't have an effect on the buses being used I seem to remember the couple of LTs that moved over for the 415 had the same thing but all of them except LT684 have been used on other QB routes. On another note, it seems LT770 is part of the 3 allocation, and LT692 has been absent since the 5th (therefore appearing not to have made the move and LT770 is in its place).

I notice the LTs between WL and QB seem to swap a lot? or some just out of place?
No doubt the ones with the route 3 only notice is down to blinds?
When QB first started the 3, 159, 211 with NBFL they also had the proper running plates, wonder why this stopped?
