Is there anything in the 130 and 433 schedule to suggest a crosslink between them, the 130 bus that terminates at Parchmore road always then goes and starts on the 433 30 minutes later, and that’s been the case for over a month now. Yes, BC110 runs light from Parchmore Road at 15:42 and becomes a 433 at Addington at 16:22.

The 433's new electric bus contract will involve some journeys to be diesel bus operated. Perhaps this 130 crosslink was done so in advance.

Trip 93 on the 130 runs from Parchmore Road (exiting service 1542) and then goes to Addington Village to run trip 129 at 1622. Thank you very much I had a feeling it was like this

I think the tender results said said several journeys to be operated with diesel so I’m assuming more journeys off the 130 or the 201 possibly

My prediction is that the LTs remain on the 111. Lack of (known) order and the fact that they are in place already leads me to suspect that may be the case. I too would not be especially surprised if that happened. Commonality of LT fleet at TF too. Surely they can’t do that, pretty sure it’s been discussed before that surely RATP would have an issue with that, if they lost the route to new electrics but to then find they didn’t even get a look in submitting a bid with existing LTs that they could have used.

And other contenders like Metroline.

Perhaps Abellio won both variations of the bid. I’m sure that would have been an option. RATP we’re keen to start making a return on the route so probably too expensive all the way around. Wonder if many drivers will TUPE over?

I believe it's implied as a temporary measure, like with the the present 49 and 63 situations.

Wonder if many drivers will TUPE over? Not meaning to speculate but the route never ran brilliantly over the course of the most recent contract. The 20mph limits have made it very difficult to run. Drivers are now going at different speeds causing bunching etc. Wouldn’t be surprised if AV are glad to get rid. Seems like it could be a loss making route.

Has an order even been confirmed for the 111 yet? Unless I’m late to the party 😂 Surprisingly not. I'd expect more E400EVs. The sheer scale of the duty cycles shouldn't warrant any specialised vehicles (ie Oppcharge etc) because of the 2 extra buses being put in the schedule presumably to build charge time in. Although wonder if the Beulas product might be considered based on its exceptional advertised range? The 111 order is in the latest LOTs TLB 30 buses but it is not more E400EVs

The 111 order is in the latest LOTs TLB 30 buses but it is not more E400EVs Let me guess Wright Electroliner? That’s what it says. I think the current PVR is 25, so I am guessing 3 spares, and 2 extras to cover charging requirements and possibly to operate the 671 (which is lot closer to Kingston end of 111 than TF garage)
