This is my prediction of what I think will happen when the C10s MMCs become spare* and also the 4 13reg E200s too (*as there's 21 of them): 4 (8806, 8807, 8808 and 8809) will move back to TF for the H25 to complete its full 13reg allocation. 1 (8864) will go to the E7 to give it a full MMC allocation as I believe its allocated with 1 59reg E200. 8 (8844-8851) will go to the 290 and be used for the next contract with Abellio if retained. 1 61reg E200 allocated to the 290 could go to the H28 replacing the 59reg E200. 5 (8852-8856) will go to the 481, so it can be upgraded to longer buses and be used for the next contract with Abellio if retained. 6 (8857-8862) will go to the U7 and be used for the next contract with Abellio if retained. And 8863 can just be a spare for the moment. Instead of the 8 MMCs going to the 290, what about Abellio using them to bid for the 117? But the 117s contract starts September 2021 and the 290 is already with Abellio and soon the C10s Caetano’s will be entering service and that's when the MMCs begin to come free, why would they just be stored for a year not being used and wait for the 117s contract.

Whilst these sound likely, whats to say Abellio will definitely retain these routes if they replaced the ex 407 Enviro200’s and the U7/290’s batch with the C10’s MMC’s? Sure, they would have a lower bid price but a rival could also have existing buses available at that time. I think the C10’s MMC’s are leased seeing as their predecessors were and therefore could be returned off lease once all of the eCity Gold’s enter service. The 481’s existing MMC’s could be used on the 315 if won, but 8118-8127 still remain available. These are good buses so I hope they don’t go off lease but unless Abellio win the 463 and keep hold of the 367, then it looks likely they will depart. The K1s E200s could go to the 463 as its TVR is 10 and there are 10 13reg K1 E200s which is a perfect fit. The 367 I believe will stay with Abellio.

Yes, I hope Abellio retain route 367 to keep their daytime toehold in Bromley, and win route 463 to absorb the route K1 E200s. I have read on here that RATP want shot of their route 463 Streetlites anyway.

I really hope that the C10's former buses find another home. It would be nice if they used them to win another route and there are some good opportunities on the horizon for them including the 117 and 315. Abellio are excellent at undercutting their competitors so hopefully they can get a route to use the buses on or failing that, they could use the MMCs on a route they currently have to replace older buses in the fleet.

However, it remains to be seen what happens, the route may remain with its mixed allocation of single and double deckers which may require Abellio to buy some double deckers for the weekday DD workings or it could be fully converted to double deckers, I know you would favour the latter option but it will remain with its mixed allocation.

I think the 371 will stay with RATP as I've predicted before with existing buses, there's 5 DLE's coming free from the 283 when it gets its PVR cut so that'll leave 7 more buses needed to complete the 371 single deck allocation and we'll probably know when the time gets closer or will it do a 466 and also the 2 double decks I can see being VHs

What ever happened to the new electric buses allocated to the P5? I read somewhere they’ve been having a few teething issues.

What ever happened to the new electric buses allocated to the P5? They're sitting in the shed. I had a look around, nice bits of kit. They've changed the parking layout with their arrival which unfortunately means it's might be just that bit harder to cherry pick a P13 MMC for the NLL jobs which have made a comeback

Going awfully well on the 24, haven't seen it in this state for ages... To be fair to Abellio it looks like some of their routes at QB have been having Ibus issues just look at the 49 and 156 now so it could be down to that although I'm not sure.
