Going awfully well on the 24, haven't seen it in this state for ages... To be fair to Abellio it looks like some of their routes at QB have been having Ibus issues just look at the 49 and 156 now so it could be down to that although I'm not sure. I don't think it's an iBus issue it's been normal for a long time and this is the first time I've seen it like this But I've also just found out that apparently Warren Street Junction is closed and the 24 is on diversion, it's screwed the service up as usual.

No it is not, I live in Warren Street and the road is fine, but Hampstead Road is currently in 1 lane in each direction and VERY slow traffic because of roadworks. Its one lane out of four in both directions and after the Robert Street stop one lane for each direction. ALSO, I dont understand why it was closed by the City Of London borough when Warren Street is in the camden borough? Update: It seems the junction is closed due to a police incident, but I do not know why? And the roads seem fine on the traffic cams

They never display a live feed, instead often displaying a pre-recorded segment which refreshes around every 5 minutes. This is obviously for security purposes. When incidents take place, the cameras feeds are usually blocked off so they don't transmit anything back or don't refresh the video footage to prevent people having a live stream of a sensitive situation.

Probably setting up a clearway for Dominic Cummings?

Anyone know the situation regarding the E40D smart-hybrids for the 270. From what I've heard, they started to arrive around two weeks ago, but only half will arrive by the time Abellio take over the operation of the 270 route leaving it to use some existing E400 vehicles (ex 452 apparently) possibly along with some others. Also, do we know the fleet numbers of the vehicles that have already arrived at BC? Out of the ones listed below Attachment Deleted

With the 270 due to change operators from Saturday I decided to check You Tube on the Smart hybrid's general performance, particularly hill climbs. It appears that they have quite a decent low rev torque which allows them to change to 2nd gear a bit early despite even relatively steep inclines. It's only a pity Beddington don't do the N68 where a Smart one has the chance of having a good workout up the incline of Mead Way, Coulsdon.

I think the 371 will stay with RATP as I've predicted before with existing buses, there's 5 DLE's coming free from the 283 when it gets its PVR cut so that'll leave 7 more buses needed to complete the 371 single deck allocation and we'll probably know when the time gets closer or will it do a 466 and also the 2 double decks I can see being VHs If the 110/391 potential merger goes ahead thou that may need a couple of buses from the 283. If the 110/391 merger were to happen, the existing DLEs from the 110 & 391 should be enough. The distance on the 110 from Twickenham to West Middlesex Hospital is similar to that between Twickenham and Richmond. Though I could see a few DLEs from the 283 move to replace the 2 60reg DLEs at V.

Unless it's on loan that should be one of the 414 allocated buses yes I did think that it might be going on the 414 so decided to check the history on LVF and it hasn't been used since Saturday and was parked on the 270 stand I thought it probably was route learning for that route. Another option is that it was a staff bus for the 414 drivers? I keep seeing a lot of Abellio buses out of service with lots of staff on board and not near the 270 or 285 routes.

I can confirm 9519 is being used as a rest room for 414 drivers. A lot of seats have signs on them saying do not sit here so as to keep drivers apart. This has been approved by TFL.

I believe Go-Ahead was doing similar with at least one of their PVLs. Perhaps it was a London-wide scheme with various operators?
