Agree or even Addiscombe, Ashburton Park at the most I think Woodside would be more accurate than Addiscombe Agree or even Addiscombe, Ashburton Park at the most I think having ‘Woodside’ would be better than Addiscombe as the Woodside Tram Stop is around the corner from the last stop, whereas Addiscombe is a few stops back When I went to Croydon College, most people I knew from the area described Ashburton Park as more Addiscombe than Woodside (with Woodside being more around the tram stop and further north where Woodside Green is) but even aside from that, my actual reasoning was that the turn is performed from the Purley direction so having Addiscombe on the blinds at least lets people know it serves Addiscombe. Woodside is the next stop but 289's don't actually serve it so I would class that as misleading and I actually wonder how many people on a 289 would actually be wanting Woodside itself to warrant it being on the blind rather than Addiscombe.

Had a very interesting set of rides on the 132 last Wednesday (apologies only posting now)
So I was waiting for a 132 at around 6pm at North Greenwich which was running late in turning up (was >5 min late); there was a massive crowd waiting. A fairly empty 108 to Lewisham turned up so I ran for it. When I reached ikea I saw an empty 132 standing ahead - apparently one of the 132s had been turned at east Greenwich so must have gone around ikea / B&Q to start its journey towards bexleyheath. Barely 4-5 people on board
Now when my bus reached Sun-in-the-Sands (was a quick journey) I was very surprised to see an absolutely packed 132 (to Bexley) come from the eastbound A2 - so using the 89 eastbound LOR, perform a full circle of the roundabout to get to LOR to bexleyheath (or Bexley in this case). This was the bus which never showed up at North Greenwich. But how it took a different route to get past me is a mystery as we were very quick up the A102

Considering the bus doesn't actually serve the area, that's a cheeky move by GAL to make the turn. In addition, Bugsby's Way roundabout can be a pig's ear during the peaks to perform that turnaround.

X2 241s to Prince Regent
These turns are becoming very frequent. The 241 is a very short route and not really sure why these route suffers so much! I know Stratford can't be a bit problematic but in general the rest of route is straightforward and there are no major congestion points.

I have seen it a few times. Shooter’s Hill road sun-in-the-sands is the usual turn (and I have seen that turn so often). I always thought that the east Greenwich turn was just another way to turn around at sun-in-the-sands but apparently not … so the bus would need to use peartree way and Bugsby’s way to get back to LOR at the b&q / IKEA

Seems the 241 and 330 are curtailed for road works nightly. The 330 is running to Royal Wharf and 241 to Prince Regent.
