N250: Brixton - New Addington via current LOR to East Croydon, then 64 LOR to New Addington. 64N withdrawn This is a popular suggestion, though personally I would have the N64 & withdraw the N250 number.

N18 - Sudbury and Harrow Road short working extended to Harrow Bus Station. Passengers will have a more frequent service and be able to changeover at Harrow for the N140 if they require Wealdstone and their N18 only goes to Harrow Bus Station. N207 - Hayes, By Pass workings extended to Hayes, Sainsbury's. This will allow for N207 users to be able to always have access to another night route (N140) to connect to. N140 - diverted at Hayes, Coldharbour Lane to double run via Hayes, Sainsbury's. This will allow those to connect onto/from N207 without having to walk. The N140 bit is very unnecessary. If you want to do a connection with the N207 and N140 you could just jiggle the timetables so there's enough time to make a connection

I would keep the N250 number because 1) it’s already an established night route, and 2) I’d say the 250 number holds more significance than the 64 number

The N250 number is more established and has existed twice over the exact same routing with the 250’s night service lasting roughly 20 years thus far. Maybe the OP meant the night route rather than the day route where the 64 has indeed been around longer

Then extend the shorts to the Sainsbury's as you said and make the timetables so that there's a connection between the N207 and N140

You do have a point there, but the N250 would have significance to both Croydon and Lambeth users, whereas N64 would only be relevant to Croydon users if you get what I mean

210 converted to 24 hour service to link Golders Green and Archway at night. It would be completely empty between Highgate Village and Golders Green. No need as it wouldn’t make enough.

210 converted to 24 hour service to link Golders Green and Archway at night. There was a proposal I seem to be recall a few years ago for an N210 going to Moorgate. I wonder if it was for seeing the 271 being withdrawn and that would be the what's has become the N271. It was announced at the same time as it was suggested the 328 would be extended to Battersea which ofcourse didn't happen either.

Is the N271 actually well used at all between Highgate and North Finchley? I think it would have made a lot more sense to just restructure the night network at the same time that the 21/263/etc were rerouted: - N20 diverted via Highgate Village - 21 to operate 24-hours Holloway-Lewisham - existing 43 night service also continuing links from Highgate Station and Archway towards Highbury and Moorgate - N321 introduced, from Foots Cray to Trafalgar Square via New Cross Gate - 132 to operate a 24-hour service - N89 continuing to link Bexleyheath to Central London more directly It's also been suggested that the current N271 will be renumbered to N263 for the new contract, which will just make it more confusing since it won't cover the Finchley-Barnet section.

Or the Highbury/Isl stn to Highbury Bsrn section either.

I hate to be the person to mention cuts… especially to a brand new TFL established service, but do we even need the N271? Ive actually never seen anyone use it north of Archway. Wouldn’t it be wiser to convert the 263 to a 24 hour service, reduce the amount of buses on the N20 where users can use 134/263 instead (not withdrawing the route), and rerouting the N277 at Highbury Corner to Moorgate instead via the N271? Seems fairly reasonable to me but open to criticism.
