Right, correct me if i'm wrong, but i'm sure i'm not. It looks like ONE are no more and that National Express are actually going to put the brand to something OTHER than their coach services.
Romford station has seen new signs go up, some of the class90 rolling stock and carriages have had repaints too. Ilford has got a 317 class unit in for repaints and the 315's, plus the remaining class90's have all lost their multi-coloured blocks. Anyone elaborate please???

Hmmm.... looks like they've taken control of quite a bit of the rail network. Did feel a bit weird the other day jumping off the train when it said "Thank you for travelling with National Express". I've found this article which may be of some use to you - read the "About National Express Group" section: www.nationalexpressgroup.com/nx/mc/releases/pr2008/2008-02-04/

Very interesting. Got even more confirmation today when i got off a 321 and it said thank you for travelling with National Express. Even the c2c services now describe the Romford to Upminster branch as National Express services. Oh, and 90003 is the unit that has had a repaint into the new corporate livery....very smart!!

That is until the loco gets dirty! White is never a sensible colour to be worn by a rail vehicle!

For those not in the know, National Express has been in the rail industry for years, running franchises such as Silverlink, Midland Mainline, Wessex and c2c amongst others. However there was no visible sign of theses franchises being owned by NatEx, as each had thier own livery and identity.
All the individaul liveries are now being swept away in favour of a corporate scheme across all thier transport modes (train, coach and local bus). This to make the National Express brand more prominent, as most passengers think they only run coaches!!

Yep, it's all change to "National Express - East Anglia", which replaces the 'one' name from today... (Feb 28) And on the buses, Travel London's name will change to "National Express:London" during the year... check it out on Wikipedia... I guess they'll be repainting those 315's out of that disgusting pink, blue yellow turquoise livery thing they've got going @ the moment... Seen the new signs up at Bruce Grove and Northumberland Park already... I guess they cant just put more stickers over the 'Wagn' signs like 'one' did when they took over... ;D

Romford and Stratford have been kitted out, while Goodmayes and Chadwell Heath were finally having the First logo's that were stickered over removed......by being painted over with purple paint!!!

lol, I just think it's good to get rid of the "one" branding, created havoc for tourists, take for example a train leaving at lets say 19:20, the automatic announcment would announce; "platform ** for the 19:20 one service to ****" tourists would be searching the boards for the 19:21 service, and missing their trains!
p.s. work for Stansted Express lol!
