Nice, I think it makes sense to put those on E9 which is more diesel friendly for an last contract esp for 7 years. VW1194 ON > AC (Could be on loan?) This transfer happened on the 14th May-21 according to LVF. VW1199 ON > PB. Yep, posted VW1194 last week soon as I saw it had AC sticker code. Could be cover for VWH1363 (not sure if VOR). AC is also doing 62-reg VWH battery replacement + hybrid mode repairs, which takes each bus off road for 3-4 weeks. Stopped at VWH1415 and skipped others for some reason though. Edit: Also forgot that VWH2041 and VWH2042 (LK64) are seemingly off for cosmetic refurb but return should be on cards soon as nearly an month.

On a light note, I am not entirely sure the TEs will make up the allocation. The loss of the X140 in September could change it and any potential cuts to routes could also mix things up. Despite the contract stating a mix of hybrids and diesels, it's dependent on Metroline's long term fleet plan.

You’re right, as I can see lots of fun reshuffles with PVR cuts and tender results, so not absolute. I could see X140 fleet moving to 186 for an more secure tender if no new contract, as majority of allocation diesel only, with VWs to serve its last days at (G) garage. Or similar with 245 VWs? Sorry vwh1413 I must have missed your post when I scrolled back to check if it has already been reported regarding VW1194. Apologies. It’s all good. 😄

My personal expectation is that the 186, 204, 245 will all be retained with their existing diesel allocations.

There is also the 18 or so VWHs from the 125 so potentially enough for some of the Edgware routes plus potentially some from the 17 if TFL use it as a buffer route for LTs.

Thats a very interesting transfer considering DX aren't exactly short of single deckers and they transferred an ENX as opposed to an ENL.

It’s no longer needed at DT That’s because all the ENLs from 184 469 & B12 have been decommissioned and sold to Ensignbus and now other firms.
