I assume in the same seating configuration as before? Believe so (Can see a long handrail in SEe13's interior where seats would otherwise be) /photo/1 Interestingly its been suggested elsewhere they have been up seated but they are back on Red Arrow work. I wonder if they will all be up seated just to make it easier to move buses to other routes in the future.
Edit - My mistake they are Not back on Red Arrow work!

DW538, DW539, DW541 & DW584 all refurbished.
That pretty much concludes the refurbs of the AR 400/500 series DW's and all it remains at AR is to see if the long term VOR DW477 comes back refurbished. Unless of course the 3 60reg DW's (DW322/335/336) at AR do also get a refurb as well.
This suggests it will be DWs in the 300s withdrawn upon conversion of route 349 to LT. These could replace older double-decks within Arriva such as VLWs in the Shires and Newcastle.

Are they doing the 13 batch of MVs really early?

Are they doing the 13 batch of MVs really early? I assume so because the 13 has been pretty much DNH recently.

All this does mean is that these MVs may have to change company branding when "London Transit" starts, which is before they even needed to be refurbished.

It may have something to do with that, It might be a condition that when the merger takes place that Tower Transit have either sorted, or at least finances all the refurbishments and fleet movements needed for their upcoming contracts.

I assume in the same seating configuration as before? Believe so (Can see a long handrail in SEe13's interior where seats would otherwise be) /photo/1 That’s part of the batch that are remaining for the 507/521 (SEe1-29)so yes they are in the same config. SEe30-51 are the ones that should be going to other routes.

SDE20279 refurbished. It’s been given the full RATP treatment too with repainted turquoise handlebars, so there’s not much trace that it was once an Arriva bus!
