I don't think it is anything to do with running numbers as thisused to come up a fair bit when the N89 was up the spout.

I don't think it is anything to do with running numbers as thisused to come up a fair bit when the N89 was up the spout. Prior to revnue i was a service controller for Arriva at WN. "Mutation" is when the controller manually changes your running number on the ibus system in the control centre the numbers represent garage code and running number. eg, for "92034", 92 - first 2 digits, this is the allocated garage number (in this case 92 is Palmers Green), this is ALWAYS the first 2 digits of the mutation number, some others from the top of my head, 32 is wood Green, 47 is Edmonton 034 - is the 3 digit running number of the bus, but is always represented by 3 digits, eg running number 7 would be 007. So for example a Wood Green bus, running number 301 would actually be 32301. (32 garage code, running number 301)

No, most times when I turn the bus on the iBus MDT is switched off and only comes on once you start the bus up.

ok, we've had it for a few weeks now. i got took off my duty to do the training. so i missed like hours and hours of a 174 on a saturday to do the training!!!!!!! ;D i LOVE the 'this bus has cctv in operation' speech button. also i tried out the 'a wheelchair needs to board, please fold the pram' one but i still had to actually tell them i found that when im on a stand,i get my phone playing one of my favourite tracks, hold it to the mic, pres the mic button on the MDT and....party bus time!!!!!!! ;D so far none of this 'hold and be late as your leaders running late' stuff for me...

Hiya all, Newbie here and was hopeing you wouldn't mind me dropping in. At Fulwell and Tolworth, all routes show the garage destination on the screen when returning light to the garage. You cannot access anything apart from passenger info messages i.e. This bus terminates here... and or messages to center comm or garage.
I would like to ask why though, out in service the early/late minute minder changes (rarely now but annoying when it does) from the +/- to a line drawing with arrows dipicting you and the bus in front. This is pointless.
It would also be nice if when the system in driving mode shows the +/- early/late running instead of the time as i have the time on the ETM, and a watch, not to mention that some buses have a didgital clock on the display console. + it would stop me and many drivers im sure, taking one hand off wheel to press the screen saver button to see early or late.
