How do you get across the atlantic ocean by bus? This is not a stupid question By AIRbus! ;D ;D ;D And I have to disagree, even if you think I am wrong, it IS a stupid, or at least pointless, question.

It is a subsidiary of EADS, who now subcontract manufacture of major sub-assemblies throughout sixteen different European sites. Final assembly is carries out at Finkwerder, near Hamburg (Germany) and Toulouse, France. BAe in the UK manufacture Airbus parts at Broughton, near Chester (wings) and Filton, Bristol (undercarriage), and of course any aircraft specified with Rolls Royce engines have them manufactured at their Derby and Hucknall, Nottingham sites.

You could cross the the Atlantic in one of those duck tour bus-boats too. No idea if anyone has, but it is the sort of thing someone (not me though) would do for charity.
