Oh ok cool thanks that's helpful. Where i do i find the LVF? It’s a website lvf.ioYou can see what’s currently on a route by entering the route number or see which route a particular bus is currently working on. You can also find past histories of what had appeared on routes and routes a particular bus has worked on. Use the help section to see how to do all the different search functions Thank you so much that's most helpful, I never knew about this website before, I can see myself getting hooked! 😂

What will replace OS68 as the H2/H3/631 spare? Nothing. OS68 is only required for and used on the V631. Once the V631 is withdrawn, so will OS68.

They were transferred I believe in 2016 as in 2014 they transferred from HT to HD for the 140/182/640. VW1249/1251 were at ON I believe before they transferred to the E8 for something but I can't remember (I don't know whether the 83/245 needed them) VW1243-8 were stood down at HT when the 24 converted to LT in June 2013. After a few months they were transferred to AH where they replaced the OTHs on the E8 (so E8 gained a partial DD allocation).
In 2014 VW1243-8 were transferred to HD for new contracts on 140/182/640, and were replaced at AH by TPs that had been acting as refurb floats.
Then moved to Alperton for the 483 with VWHs entering service at Harrow Weald. This also saw some of the early 6xx series VPs move to UX to replace some ex.First TNs on the U4.

It was kept around by Metroline as a spare in 2018 and once schools went back in March they saw that it would be handy to use on V631 and they wouldn't have to source a bus from elsewhere. But that doesn't mean it will go as soon as V extras are finished because that wasn't it's original function.

The H3 & 631 don't require a spare being a PVR of 1 each and operating at reduced times (631 being a school bus and the H3 operating roughly between 7am & 3pm Monday to Saturday). Arriva only ran the H1/631, H2 & H3 with 5 OS's which OS68-72 ran.

I would have thought that all bus enthusiasts would have heard about LVF. It appears he is a new bus enthusiast. Well I've only been London bus enthusiast since 2017 when i started taking a bit more notice of the different types of buses around, noticing the old TA Alexander buses and how they were different to the TEs and TEHs. I didn't know about this website back then though, unfortunately. I was also a bit of an enthusiastic back in the 80s and 90s (i was a young boy back then) when i lived down in Sussex where I'm from. So i remember all the old Leyland Atlanteans, Bristols and Leyland Nationals etc. It started off with an interest in all the different seat moquettes, which i still remember to this day! 😂😂

Hey peeps!
Just shooting my shot here as a "just in case"
Last night I was on a 31, got off in Shepards Bush at about 23:50.
Noticed my wallet is missing.
Black, got a provisional licence inside alongside a bank card (already cancelled) and some other bits.
Already spoke to the garage but hey ho!
Cheers for hearing me out anyways!

What makes the blinds on WHDs different from normal blinds? How hard would it be to insert new routes?
