I know there has been much debate about the 366 but noticed LOTS are now showing the route as awarded to Blue Triangle but will be run by DS.
This does seem to make sense as the garage is already running an electric route and will have the D3 later this year. This could will of course leave more space at RR for other upcoming tenders and potentially the 300 if SI was to close when the D7 is lost. Having said that the 304 could be a ideal route to run from SI which is not far from Custom House.

I wonder where the 10 odd spare WHVs will end up once all routes at A convert to Ee operation, I know WHV71-9 are for the 80 however the others will become surplus when the 154/151/93 become Ee, wonder if they will operate the 213 using WHVs/a few WVLs until the electrics arrive and get rid of/move the E's/remaining WVLs with the DOE/SOEs.

The 1 Will need 8 extra WHVs so they could probably start to go off for refurb.

There are 18 WHV at A, at least 12 of them will be needed for the 80 to meet a requirement of 16+2. I have a feeling the spares will go to AL for the 57 rather than the 1.

I thought it was 10 hybrids and 7 electrics on paper for the 80 for a TVR of 17 which gives 2 spares. I may be wrong thou.

So whilst on paper it may utilise the 6 spares from the 93/51/154 in addition to its own 6, it only officially had 6 ordered. As the management at A seems to like to maintain 2 spares per route and has done for many years, I reckon 11 WHV* will remain for the 80. It also allows greater flexibility for night routes and RRP work which A also assists with sometimes. *I forgot the PVR dropped to 15.

AL already has 9 WHVs, so they wouldn’t need all 6 spares.

Are the SEe’s that are on the 163/164 currently be allowed on the 152 or will the 152’s SEe’s be shorter?

The SEe on the 413 are 10.8m so they won’t be allowed on the 152 as it will be restricted to 10.2m. Perhaps if in an emergency and there is a short working from Pollards Hill to Raynes Park or Shannon Corner but the New Malden stand isn’t suitable for 10.8m.

Qiute an upgrade from the short SDs Epsom Buses used. So it could in theory share a common fleet with the 163 and 164.

Noticed the Custom House blind display has been updated on the new RR blinds. The display now includes station. The one thing I noticed was the blind still looks like the old style with a very narrow font to fit the display in one line like similar to the Canning Town Station display on the 147. WHV 62 is the bus I see on the 304. Quoting myself EH 87 a recent transfer to RR has older blinds so assume only certain buses will be receiving 368 blind sets. This shouldn't be a major issue as the garage as used different blinds sets on certain buses in the past.

My guess in terms of the blinded buses for the 368 is just the Gemini 3 WHV's for now and hoping for all 20 of them (WHV51-69/80) currently at RR to be blinded for the route.
Also, none of the SE268-87 batch are in use today so looks like they are already on their way to East London for the 366 ready on Saturday.

They could also do the earlier "School" WHVs as I think there is a very limited number of buses blinded for the 677.

The 413 hasn’t had anything less than 10.2m since 2001. I have a feeling because of the high spec there won’t be many fleet mixing for a while. AL, despite its hodgepodge allocation method, has great examples of strict allocations in recent years for some routes.
