Swear down I cba being fooled a lot, is it true that Sadiq Khan and Wrightbus made an agreement to replace the E400 Tridents with LTs and STs? Absolutely not true, I know there is a ''enthusiast'' on YouTube who is spreading the lies saying that a route is getting New Routemasters on a particular date and always saying that a Enviro 400 pollutes a lot despite the fact he has been told countless times by other bus enthusiasts saying that he is completely wrong on everything that he has said and yet he still insists on saying the wrong thing.
Also, The New Routemaster hasn't been in production for over two years now and there is no chance that will be back in production especially that Wrightbus are now under new owners after it went into administration last year.
I would not say 'no chance' ... if TfL wanted to make a large order, which I hope they don't, pretty sure new Wright would give it serious consideration. Having said that, think it is highly unlikely.

Seems to be an increase in "New" members here of late too posting some unbelievable things.

Most Sundays the 357 still has 1 or 2 WS's on the route. Will be strange to see route running with Electrics (Once converted) most of the time except on Sundays unless they find a way of increasing the amount of SEe's available for the Sunday service.

No it's not - where on earth do people get these bizarre ideas? Sadiq Khan made it quite clear when he took office that there would be no more New Routemasters ordered - although he also said that the ones already ordered and in service would not be withdrawn prematurely (unlike his predecessor with the bendybuses - sorry, had to get that jibe in).

It was a thing on YouTube by a kid called "Membershipofthebus" and people were making videos yesterday about it as a joke but it spread out of hand with some people believing it for real. (btw I wasn't involved, just casually saw it on Youtube and read some of the comments)

Depends on who makes the video. You have the kids spreading (to put it lightly) BS but you also have some more mature youtubers and people (like drivers etc.) such as Double Decker Anton who are reliable sources.

The fleet list on UK buses has VHP1 withdrawn is that right? There is a photo on The Go Ahead London Enthusiasts Group on Facebook from yesterday of it sitting in a (what looks like a) truck & bus service centre awaiting something to do with the electrical battery/hybrid system.

Depends on the content creator and the actual community involved as well from experience (I have my account still active with all my old videos attached).

It's at the Volvo Bus & Truck Service Centre in Beddington Lane. (I missed it when trying to find the location on Streetview yesterday lol)
