Has WVL304 been withdrawn from service as it hasn't been used since Tuesday.

Looks like a potential issue with the electric buses on the 69! Lots of buses came off service around 9pm and now WHV69 and EH152 are out for the night service! Maybe a charging issue?
Edit WHV 64 now out.

Apart from the 132 electrics having a pantograph is there any difference between the ones for the 132 and the ones on other bus routes i.e 69, 212 106 etc....

Do you know if EP1,3 and 4 were used on the 197 on the 18th June as it is logged for the 18th June. There is no pantograph chargers at PM so no

From LOTS News :
Route 358 (Orpington to Crystal Palace) was awarded in December 2019 for electric buses but these had been held up due to issues with infrastructure. However, Go-Ahead has now ordered 20 Irizar iE-trams for the route. No tram-tracks or with wires but buses built to look like single-deck trams!.

So realisticly atleast 6 months or more till they start to arrive I'd say. January 2023 probably the earliest.

While that type had been suggested all along and I already know BYDs have been declared unsuitable for that route, I wish they had ordered Yutongs instead.

Both would be a new type in London, further breaking the ADL/BYD monotony that is electric buses in London these days

TBF, it was more than suggested - there are articles out there which spoke about this order of this type as well as at least one pantograph being installed www.bromleylibdems.org.uk/electric_bus_for_route_358www.ianvisits.co.uk/articles/could-the-pantograph-make-a-return-to-londons-buses-43743/www.keybuses.com/article/opportunity-charging-route-358Also, the Yutong website doesn't mention anything about the Yutong E12 (the bus currently ordered by UK operators from them) being able to work with pantographs via opportunity charging so if it's true, it's possible it simply wasn't possible to do so.

Not sure if this is a silly question but Do these have pantograph charging on top and how do these new buses solve the problem of range regarding the 358? Couldn’t pantograph not be done on BYD single decker vehicles?

Go-Ahead may have agreed to trial Irizar iE-trams, with both operator and manufacturer using experience gained from their operation on the 358 to assess their suitability for use outside of London. The ordering of new diesel buses is unlikely to continue for much longer.
