That's one of the better ones and apparently it's gone to Extra Time... Ref says play on until 2025 As the route is Out of Sight, Out of Mind, no one is too bothered as the PVR is low, despite being quite a busy route. It fits in with all the battered Toyota Estimas and minibuses at the Stamford Hill end of the route. You can kids see why Wood Green are reluctant to lend any buses to the route when you see the poor standard of driving from others along the route I went and rode my last two today, EN’s 9 and 21. Both were very good, didn’t vibrate, nippy, clean and also well driven. I also had EN38 which I found to be very dull, and also cut out a couple of times and had to be restarted. The only issue I saw was some EN’s displaying white blanks in the destination blinds. If there is a 2007 Enviro200 that doesn’t rattle and vibrate, I’d absolutely love to see it

vm.tiktok.com/ZMLTeGBd7/?k=1This is amazing!! I have never seen it before ever, does anyone know where they are around because people say they've been around for a while But i have never seen one in my life Haven't a clue if there are others around, but I shall definitely be passing by the northbound Bird In Bush Road stop to take a proper gander. 👀 There’s a stop on Westmoreland Road in Bromley with something similar. Countdown is a very useful tool and I can only assume that there aren’t more screens like this for cost reasons

As we know school bus routes have been replaced by "School routes stop here" or words to that affect. I have now noticed on my local roads those tiles have been removed from stops against the morning flow. Is this happening in other places or is it case of just having to fit in extra routes on existing bus stops?

According to First York in a tweet of theirs regarding the reintroduction of Metrodeckers, the Potters Bar fire was as a result of human error....

I will be interested to hear more on this over the course of time. If a human error can result in this kind off result, there is in my opinion some kind of design error, as there is no fail safe to stop some kind of catastrophic event.

When there are repercussions for public safety, you hope full transparency will be offered.

Today I was on a bus that curtailed. Driver announced the stop before, the iBus clearly stated the destination mutliple times, the driver played the terminating announcement as the bus approached yet there was still mass confusion as the driver had to explain that the bus finished early. 3 buses that people could have changed to overtook in that time and the next one was in 10 minutes... I can't imagine how it would be if there were peak time extensions, different extensions on different days, etc. like in the past!

I think the removal of most scheduled short workings etc has made people lazy and they just don't look at destination blinds or listen to announcements, I must admit that I've been guilty of it myself before.
