Hi all, RNAM200 added me on msn yesterday which i accepted in order to see what he has to say (he is now blocked). He asked me how the forum was going, how my site was going etc and he also asked whether the forum would let him back and i said i doubt it. He also asked if i could send every bus net i have done to him which i said No straight away as i only want them to be used on this forum! So please could i urge all users not to send nets to people who are not members as they could be people like RNAM200 who will quickly spread them around and likely to change the copyrights! Thanks in advance  lol  |

Thanks in advance lol Frankly, I am surprised that he even bothered to ask! Perhaps he/they ARE now feeling the pinch. I sincerely hope all other members on this forum will respect and support your request that the copyright integrity of your work is maintained. Only by denying them the information the crave (and obviously lack themselves) will they cease to be the nuisance that they have been of late. |

Unlike you sadly I'm not surprised this is the level he's stooped to  BTW Aaron unfortunately I think you're too late  May I point you in the direction of this. I've got things to be sorting out tonight, but tomorrow I'm going to have to spend another couple of hours sending off more complaints to Proboards and Photobucket. I had already complained earlier this week and so far Proboards seem to have not done anything, and Photobucket have only removed 3 of the stolen paperbus nets from RNAM's account when he has lots more on there. I really didn't want things to come to this, but I think I'm going to have to terminate my Photobucket account, and get a new one, in order to stop RNAM and co. direct-linking to my images (obviously I'll do that some time after I've sent my complaint, giving Photobucket time to carry out any appropriate action). I was considering removing all my paperbus nets from here instead, until the whole thing dies down, but why should I deny geniune members from providing them with something creative and enjoyable? Also since our forum is now only viewable to members only that defeats the purpose IMO. If anyone still thinks that is a sensible idea please do say so, and I will consider it. I really do feel for you guys, having all your hard work ripped off by these 'people'. However, let me correct one thing about Proboards. Since my original complaint against Farooqi, they HAVE shut down his original site, and subsequent complaints by me have now closed down ANOTHER site of his. Farooqi has fallen out with RNAM, who himself uses Carlovel1 (banned from here six months ago when known as Oglaclucia51) as his 'front'. RNAM is several points above Carlovel1 in the 'intelligence and brainpower stakes' department, hence the Laurel and Hardy act! So, what we need now (I have already sent in my two pence worth) is any members who have received ANY threatening, abusive or in any way disparaging PM's from RNAM, Carlovel1 or any of their alternative user names (or open posts in threads) on ANY forum which uses Proboards. If you have such material, DO COMPLAIN. If you don't know how to do it, PM me (or anyone else mentioned in this correspondence) for assistance. Proboards WILL and DO get there, but you have to allow them time to FULLY and independently investigate all the claims made. This can take time, and you may be contacted by e-mail from a Proboards investigator direct. Make sure you quote a DIRECT LINK to the offending material, as they cannot BEGIN to investigate your complaint without this. Let's act now to make sure that 'The Jolly Bus Forum' has little to laugh about in the future! ;D ;D ;D Finally, can I urge ANY member of this forum who has innocently associated themselves with ANY of their forums; to dissociate from them now? It is TOTALLY your choice of course, but by depriving them of their 'lifeblood', MEMBERSHIP, they have no reason to function. It all supports guys like 'londonbusboy' and 'insert coin', who have already had all of their hard work plagiarised by these 'people', not to mention all the other members who have suffered hacking of personal information! Ignoring them and their stupid little games is by far and away the best method of telling them two little words, the second one being 'OFF'!  ;D ;D ;D Edit: the word 'people' has been substituted for something far less complimentary to stop ME being in breach of forum rules! That really has peeed me off now. Appologise for my anger but many hours were spent on these nets.
Im considering removing mine temporarily until maybe we can find another solution to the stealing as obviously someone is sending these nets to RNAM200 or he has another user!!
Huge thanks though insert for telling me some have been stolen already.

Seeing as RNAM200 has still kept the copyright on the net i think i have a good chance of getting it removed by photo bucket.
The only thing i have to do is prove my identity. Any ideas?

Hmm. That is a shame Aaron and Insert, However I have noticed that you can view the fantisy bus liviries thread even if you don't login, perhaps admin could make it so that people have to login to view the nets, maybe thats where they're getting them from  |

You may not have to go that far. If you can show that 'you published first', that should be sufficient for them, as they will be able to check the 'routing' of his links IIRC. Certainly it was all Proboards required from me to prove plagiarism. |

It might not prove your identity, but it will certainly prove he's in the wrong. Bighat, sorry i haven't replied to your PM, been slightly busy the past couple of days (yesterday was recovering from a very bad hangover, and working). I have a feeling that the information you provided could well answer some questions. Needless to say, we're monitoring the situation closely |

Speaking of RNAM, he has joined District Dave's forum yesterday. From what I've seen, he's made this rather pointless thread with an unintelligent question regarding the Jubilee line's PEDs. Something tells me that he won't survive very long.
