Central Line is my favourite. Love the trains- They sound great, and despite being about 16-17 years old (they were introduced around 1993/1994) they still look almost as good as new- they are quite durable trains. Serves many important places in London, and goes right through central London, so it is easier to get anywhere.
It is probably my favourite as I have used it the most, and is my local train service.
I am also quite fond of the Jubilee, Metropolitain, and Piccadilly lines

Jubilee Line, simply for the comical announcements and the F1 sounding pullaway ;D Agreed John! The announcements always seem to make people laugh, especially if its a Willesden Green train. The woman puts way too much emphasis on the 'Willes' part. ;D And the F1 sound is great, one of my favourite Underground sounds

Central Line obviously is my favorite line out of the batch.
But despite the stock being 16/17 Years old, it certainly needs a refurb. I mean the Air-Conditioner is a waste just produces hot air and makes a terrible fan noise, and it's the hottest underground line on the tube dust being the Victoria Line but thats even worser.
My first London Underground Rush Hour experience was on the Central Line as I had to get from Bethnal Green Station to Holloway Station by 9AM which only took half an hour. On Tuesday's from 8AM, It's normally the 3rd train I get on.. lool

Metropolitan Line. The Trains currently used (A60 Stock) are the best on the network and the general scenery on the line especially north of Moor Park is just astounding.

You should check out the scenery on the D-Stock District line between Barking and Upminster. It's astounding, but not quite in the same style ;D
