Here we go - sorry it's not that good  if any alterations need to be made, let me know. I might try and do a better one altogether. [image of proposed forum logo] BTW I'll be getting a different Photobucket account within the next few weeks, which means that the URL for this logo/masthead will change. I'll inform everyone as to when this happens. Looks alright. All I've had since signing up (still there) is the roundels and a white box.... Thanks  That gives me an idea; maybe I could create new 'roundel' forum buttons as well, or am I pushing myself a bit now? I think they're fine as they are, but I've got a feeling that the font is a bit small and may be hard to read on occasions. |

I do struggle to see it some times if I don't have my glasses on |

Firstly, the previous forum logo was not designed or hosted by myself. It was hosted by a fellow senior member of another forum I am also signed up on. However, it seems that he has shut the website down on which the forum logo was hosted. In addition I could of hosted it on my webspace as an alternative but oddly I don't have the forum logo file anywhere on my computer!
Anyway, change is a good thing and I would very much welcome new forum logos designs (if hosting is a trouble I can host it myself).
Secondly, the Google adverts have always been on the site (and any other Proboards forum) as since this is forum is hosted for free by Proboards, they have to make thier money back somehow! These ads are indeed linked to the topic being discussed, like in the Top Gear thread you would see adverts about cars.

lol...The Adblock Plus Firefox extension is so good that I never even notice things like Google Ads because it seamlessly removes them from the page  |

Hi all, I have contacted Tangy this morning and I've given him the go-ahead to use the new forum logo In the meantime I have made a few slight tweaks to its design, this time incorporating the forum's URL, and a couple more pics.  |

Anyway, what's Richard Branson done to annoy you? ;D ;D ;D Oh its nothing really, just that Virgin Media decided to cut out my internet connection for an hour on Thursday (I think), and it was when I needed it most. What's more my modem was pretending that the internet was STILL working, even when I had switched the computer off and unplugged it back in  I should really take that off now as I'm not annoyed any more ;D |

That's not Richard Branson anyway... It's just crappy old NTL using the Virgin brand... Luckily, I'm in an ex-Telewest area, which they haven't mangled yet, and my service hasn't gone to pot yet |
