I live in Loughton, which already has that disgusting 'Essex' reputation. Well, to make the reputation worse, theres going to be a new reality TV show based on the 'Golden Triangle' (Loughton, Buckhurst Hill and Chigwell). www.guardian-series.co.uk/news/efnews/8282313.LOUGHTON__CHIGWELL_and_BUCKHURST_HILL__Area_to_star_in_reality_TV_show/I really hate this 'Essex' image. Jack Tweed went to school in Loughton. Jade Goody's live funeral was in Buckhurst Hill. Jodie Marsh had a reality TV show filmed in the area. And loads of ZZZZZZZZ-list celebrities can be spotted driving around in their chav-mobiles (Range Rovers). Just when I thought the reputation couldn't possibly get any worse!! ;D ;D Although it has been associated with all these Z-listers, the area really isn't that bad. Its a great place to live, but the media love to exaggerate this sort of thing, and I can guarantee that the people filmed in this 'program' will be the worst of the worst kind of people. Anyway. rant over ;D . What does everyone else think of these 'reality' TV shows? and this one in particular? |
