The new OPs are to replace SD29-36 which will run on the Epsom routes instead. One more thing which I don't think has been mentioned is that the 463 will no have a Sunday service and an extension to Coulsdon South station as well. Thanks for the info snowman.

Apparently Quality line are getting a 17% fuel saving on its new Euro 5 solos compared to their Euro 3 versions This could be interesting info for bus companies considering re-engining to meet the tougher LEZ in 28 months time The savings of £3129 per year is £21900 over a 7 year contract per bus, so you ought to save £30000 for a decker Not sure who the euro4 competition is (an 8.8m dart ?) but at 13% instead of 17% gives 13/17*21900 = £16750 per year s261370817.websitehome.co.uk/news_detail.php?ID=108&Index=1

The dual door Esteems for the S1 are 9.3m while the single door one is an 8.9m version

An order for the fleet for 411 and 641 has now been placed (per LOTs mag)
8 11.1m Optare Versa's have been ordered (the existing 50 in London with other Operators are shoerter 10.4m type)
The pvr is only 6 so the reason for ordering 8 is unclear, but maybe the one remaining Citaro is being replaced at same time
