As I understand it, it's BT using ADEs. Hmm I wonder if these are the ADEs which are currently being used at HH? I'd imagine it would be until the VHR's are spare from the 183

Summary of changes happening in RATP if people missed it out (as reported by snowman further back in the thread) 29th May:
N105 - HH>AV 635, 696, 697 - AV>HH 698 - HH>BT 12th June:
85 - TV>FW 116, 423 - AV>HH 419 - FW>AV 19th June:
293, 404, 467, 470 - EB>TV H17 - SO>RP N5 - BT>SO H18, H19 - BT>CP To bring this upto date (since I originally compiled it) 698 will change to VHR with new contract in September, but they could appear after half term 639+670 (gained 5th June) from same pool of 2013 VH at Wandsworth N5 (19th June) BT>SO (so fewer buses at Harrow at night during electrification works) 3rd July Final closure of Epsom garage (note the routes transferred to TV on 19th June are officially novated to London United 19th June) so Epsom does very little in its final fortnight, although I have heard there may be some sort of transition if electrification works at Fulwell limit its capacity short term 413 MCLs are temporarily being hired to GoAhead S1 novated to Metrobus (with its Metrocities) From 3rd July contract renewals (65, 71, 281, 371) officially become electric, but most recent estimate I heard was conversion starting late July. On same date 406, 613, 662, 671 officially convert to VHs (418 week earlier with new contracts), which makes TV fully hybrid for double decks (although will take some time in practice as BCEs are delivered) but it has occurred to me that 467 will also need to convert (but not aware of plan for this) 4th September sees new contracts on 183, 398, H9, H10, 467, 697, 698 plus gains of 49, 117, X140 and 2 year extensions on 203, 251, H11. (49, 183, 398, H9, H10, X140 officially become electric)

635, 696, 697 using ADEs 698 using VHRs What ADE's will routes 635, 696 and 697 be using? Where will the VHR's come from?
An idea: Due to FW electrification works could EB be temporarily used to facilitate speace for FW electrification works?

I think the 696/697 are likely to be allocated the 5x 14reg ADEs (ex-Quality Line), though I could also see some of the ex-Tower Transit examples used instead, for example the 4x 12reg & 1x 11reg.

Otherwise this would likely require some additional SPs moving to SO and the VHRs temporarily at BT. Presumably, the N5 at SO is a temporary move - are the H17 and H18/H19 transfers also temporary (to RP and CP respectively)? I don't think TV will have a fully hybrid DD fleet after all since the closure of EB was announced - the 467, 293D and 655 are likely to be allocated the 4x 13reg ADEs.

As I understand it, it's BT using ADEs. Hmm I wonder if these are the ADEs which are currently being used at HH? I expect the ADEs currently at HH will be used, alongside a few spare ADEs already at BT - all of which are on-paper part of the 220's batch. When the VHRs start to be used on the 698, these ADEs will need to return to RP, to release some VHs to TV as part of the 418's new allocation (even if indirectly with the various VH batch swapping taking place).

The ADE’s for the three routes will come from either the secondhand acquisitions they made recently or the 14 reg examples currently allocated to the 418. There is only 6 VHR’s and they are all currently allocated to the 183

(ADE40304 is painted white at HH, so perhaps all three are for non-TFL routes?)

ADE40303 is currently used on the 467 and, due to ADE40492 prematurely moving to TV, is likely to stay on the 467 until EB is closed

Further Busical chairs in London United world.
Unconfirmed but it looks like: VH45124-126 FW > TV
Replaced by: VH45136-138 V > FW (as reported on here yesterday)
Which potentially releases: ADE 40305-307 TV > HH for the 635/696/697 school routes

Brief Summary:
VH45101-20 = Route 28 VH45121-23 = Route 639/670 VH45124-31 = Route 418* VH45132-48 = Route 71.* VH45145-52 = Route 116 VH45153-54 = ? (TV) VH45155 = ? (FW) VH45156-62 = Route 481
With the 16 reg I imagine the first part of the batch is for route 85, then the H91 and then the last few for route 18 alongside the 66 and 67 reg.
* I’ve been hearing these are the correct fleet movements for the 418/71 but subject to confirmation.
My guess is that

My guess is that This would leave the 116 three short. More likely that the 71 will have a mix of 45127-138 and 164-166 perhaps. The 85 moving in to FW may mean they can send some of that allocation to V to link with 45182-192 for the H91. In general they have tried to keep allocations on the VHs fairly tidy.

My guess is that Sounds good, currently VH45153-45154 are part of the 85 but if VH45182-45183 return to TV, this could leave the other two plus VH45155 as the 613, 662 & 671 buses as they were previously. That would leave exactly 16 for the H91 out of VH45163-45166 & VH45184-VH45194
