TPL926 is back on school route 298 A 2003 President back in TfL service (hadn’t been any since July) The 298 is not a school route, it is a 7-day TfL route.

Its been out since 6:15 this morning, so seems to just being doing an outing on the 298 without schools being involved.

Anyone know what TMP18419 was for about 40 mins this morning on the 217? Could be the 2 Scanias Sullivan Buses have acquired. (1 Ex Stagecoach 09 reg, 1 Ex Go Ahead, Metrobus, 59 reg.)

Intrigued as to why a B9TL is not a Sullivan type of bus seeing as they have 3 already? Too thirsty. And the Scanias aren’t? 😉

Can confirm I saw a Scania blinded for the 217 travelling out of service up Wood Green High Road just before 10:30 this morning. 09 plate, I think, but I wasn't paying enough attention.

And the Scanias aren’t? 😉 Well they are too but I think a modern B9 is more expensive per unit.

What are the chances are Sullivan Buses gaining the 324, I would obviously like us at Metroline to retain the route but I wouldn't rule out Sullivan Buses as they do intend to go for the small PVR routes and SM isn't too far from Stanmore. To be honest I wouldn't be surprised if Sullivan Buses were to win the 324

To be honest I wouldn't be surprised if Sullivan Buses were to win the 324 Getting drivers could be a factor whether they go for anymore mainstream routes. I know Dean himself said on another forum that they are having issues recruiting for their mainstream TfL routes but have a long waiting list for their commercial, Herts and school routes because the working hours are much better.
