They are to replace older buses in the fleet so are for the provincial fleet. I presume you mean commercial fleet. I wonder if there's too many spare vehicles - I presume with the loss of 692/699 I can see WVL2-4 go to the commercial fleet to replace some of the vehicles there, the 13 reg Es from the 425 replaced TPL926/927 so I wonder with the introduction of E58-62 if straight after the vaccine rollout they will move to the commercial fleet along with 63 & 64. The 13 reg E's didn't replace the two TPL's as the TPL's are temporarily in the TfL fleet as extras alongside the 13 reg E's.

This is my thought.
I think E56-7 are going to be kept for the 606 gain. E58-62 I'm not sure about - E61 I think is in the commercial fleet, are they replacing anything? E63-64 will likely replace ELV5 considering that went to scrap and possibly PDL26 too

E63-64 will likely replace ELV5 considering that went to scrap and possibly PDL26 too I don't how true it is but I did hear that those E's will replace older vehicles for non TfL work so I imagine the four older ELV's left will be replaced, PDL26 has gone already and possibly WVL1 & ALX6 which would mean only DEL1 & some WVL's would be the only deckers left under 03 reg if that happens - DEL1 was new to Sullivans so could see them retain that one for longer. I think it's safe to say that E56-57 are for the 606.

To think the EVLs are nearly 19 years old now as most arrived throughout 2002 at Sutton.

E63-64 will likely replace ELV5 considering that went to scrap and possibly PDL26 too The 692/699 loss would have released a few Scanias - I think these might replace the 3x 57reg WVLs on TFL services (with the WVLs either withdrawn or used for the commercial fleet). All of the Scanias plus the 11/12/13reg Es should cover all of the TFL school routes including the 606 gain. I expect the older Es only be used for TFL services while school extras are running, plus maybe rail replacement.

The Thorpe Park site is nothing more than a patch of dirt land just off the main car park, at least it was last time I was there. I don’t think it would be suitable for TfL services.

Sullivan Buses is operating a modified timetable on non-TfL route 306 (North Borehamwood-Watford) from 25th January.
