Is WS46 likely to be eventually refurbished to a similar standard to the 15reg E200s? So far WS46/606 has been branded for the 383, but it still has the Go-Ahead interior.
I hope more routes receive branding like this. Considering that London doesn’t have that services branded compared to other major cities, it would be welcomed.

Works well at Uno as they have just the one route excluding school routes starting soon. Branding trials have taken place with other operators recently without much success, it can make fleets very restricted or you end up with odd workings and that defeats the whole point of Branding. Would much rather further work on LED blinds which can be used creatively for promoting and displaying route information.

From an operational point of view, the Barkingside one worked as strays were kept to a minimum with routes having 75% of the allocation branded which isn’t to be sniffed at unlike the Hayes one which operationally flopped when you consider only 25% of each routes allocation branded yet strays were rife.

Route branding has been shown to work outside of London, Trent Barton and Go North East are testiment to this. In London, we had civil servants, not bus men come up with the branding, and guess what, they come up with the dogs dinner examples you can expect from public bodies. Those that want to nationalize everything are likely to be extremely disappointed if it ever happens.

So that's what happened to it. So if WS46 is being used for the 383 then what's being used for the 395 extras?

So that's what happened to it. So if WS46 is being used for the 383 then what's being used for the 395 extras? It was always the intention that once the 383 extension finally starts, UNO was going to stop providing the extra journey on the 395. Either it will stop completely or London sovereign will have to find a bus and driver to provide the one extra journey themselves.

It looks very weird with one of those on a school route with a different company. Has it had a spruce up it looks very smart?
