Right, finally all done. Thanks to all those who entered, some great answers given! I think I will have another go, making the questions a bit easier as it seems there was a bit of confusion owing to the way I wrote the questions.
Totals are at the bottom - any comments or complaints, do let me know!
1. Name a route that crosses the River Thames more than once.Correct answers;
3 points - RV1 - Chris, ianf, Jack
1 point - 411 - dml649
1 point - 521 - mredd
1 point - N22 - Steve80
Incorrect answers;
50 points - 65 - networker93
Comments: I expected the RV1 to crop up most often. However, as the river progresses west, it meanders a lot more and in a NE/SW direction as opposed to E/W, so some of the longer routes in that corner of London cross it more than once. The 33 and R68 were also acceptable answers.
2. Name a route with a bifurcation - the route must be timetabled to branch into two on weekdays at least. The route can either serve two different destinations, or take different routes to reach the same destination. Routes simply extended beyond the terminus do not count, nor do routes scheduled to avoid certain shopping areas or estates at certain times of the day.Correct answers;
2 points - 283 - networker93, Jack
1 point - 609 - dml649
1 point - B12 - ianf
Incorrect answers;
50 points - H2 - Steve80
50 points - X68 - Chris
50 points - Pass - mredd
Comments;
TfL have striven to make the network as simply as possible by getting rid of demand responsive route variations, especially within the night bus network. However, a handful still remain, some examples being as follows;
283 - East Acton to either Barnes Pond or Barnes Wetlands Centre -
Spider Map.
609 - Hammersmith to either Harrodian School or Mortlake
686 - St Edward's School to either Romford Station or Harold Hill, Dagnam Park Square
B12 - Erith to Joydens Wood via either Baldwyn's Park or Bexley Park -
Spider map.
3. Name a pair of routes which share the same vehicle throughout the course of the day.2 points - R5/R10 - mredd, ianf
1 point - 389/399 - dml649
1 point - D6/D8 - chris
1 point - 81/697 - networker93
1 point - 152/931 - Steve80
1 point - 209/609 - Jack
Comments; Accept any routes with vehicle interworking.
4. Name a route that serves the same railway station twice, whilst going in the same direction. The list of stops must contain the same station name twice.2 points - 178 (Kidbrooke) - dml649, mredd
1 point - 45 (Blackfriars) - Chris
1 point - 244 (Abbey Wood) - ianf
1 point - 465 (Dorking) - Jack
1 point - K5 (Kingston) - networker93
1 point - N44 (Victoria, Tooting Broadway and Sutton) - Steve80
Comments: Countless examples within London. Some unusual ones are the 99 (Slade Green,) 178 (Kidbrooke) and 488 (Bromley-By-Bow) in that they go on a bit of an adventure between serving the same station. Some routes do this multiple times.
5. Name a route that does not serve a railhead. For the purpose of this question, the whole route circuit must be taken into account and the route must not serve a stop referring to a station or within approximately 300m of a station.Correct answers;
2 points - 660 - dml649, networker93
1 point - 608 - Jack
1 point - 685 - Steve80
Incorrect answers;
50 points - 464 - mredd
50 points - 488 - Chris
50 points - Pass - ianf
Comments: 657 also a possible answer. As far as I know, all normal bus routes serve at least one railway station or tram stop.
6. Name a station in Zones 1 - 3 which is not served by buses. For the purpose of this question, there must not be a bus stop that refers to the station. Correct answers;
1 point - Covent Garden - Steve80
1 point - Deptford - ianf
1 point - Maze Hill - dml649
1 point - Pudding Mill Lane - Chris
1 point - South Acton - Jack
Incorrect answers;
50 points - St Johns - mredd (Served by buses from New Cross to Lewisham)

1 point - Gipsy Hill - Steve80
Incorrect;
40 points - Mile End - ianf (No such stop)
40 points - St Paul's Cathedral - Jack (No such station, or bus stop named St Pauls!)
Comment; Several stations named are named after a long road, landmark, park or local area of interest. Examples include Denmark Hill (P4,) Deptford Bridge, Hyde Park Corner, London Bridge, Marble Arch, Oxford Circus, Parsons Green, Piccadilly Circus, Wandsworth Road and so on.

Incorrect;
50 points - Hammersmith Bridge, but no route given - networker93
