A comment about question 10, now that the Olympics are over I am sure the 9 and 9H are now running again via Pall Mall- i.e omitting Picc Circus.
Or am I missing something?

That is very true. I knew it was a bad idea to sort out all the answers after a rather merry Saturday night! Points duly amended!

The second post was also part of the instructions, which stipulated that they had to be used on a TfL service route. See it's been edited to Dennis Dart, as long as both of us gave Dart as opposed to E200 as an answer i'm happy You most certainly gave Dennis Dart. dml649 did give Dart/MCV Evolution in his answer so I accepted. My bad for posting it as the answer given!

Wow. I'm surprised I picked so many answers no one else picked! Probably because your fellow Lewisham Borough resident Mr Edd wasn't playing

Don't think the H25 uses that level crossing at Feltham now, and in fact just discovered it serves the station twice. I would have thought someone would go for the H28 ;D. I was about to choose the 216 but went with the 440 (and I just realised it doesn't actually go over the level crossing at Hampton - it turns just before it ). With the Zone 6 stations, I completely forgot about the National Rail stations along the 285 . And knowing the 482 started before 0330 was just local knowledge. Right you are - there is a level crossing in Wood Lane, Isleworth. I think I switched off when I did the H28 end to end as I completely missed that. A friend has also pointed out the 969 passes over the level crossing at Mortlake Station. slr and metrobus - you've both had a point deducted because of a typo where I originally awarded 3 points for your answer to Question 10. Once again thanks to everyone who entered and has commented. I hope a few bits of interesting trivia have been picked up, particularly about level crossing routes and those day routes which run at extreme times of day.

Interesting. Not many points seperate the top 6. Should have doen better with question 8 as all I could think of was metrobus. The 434, a route I never done yet the railway crossing is visible from the roundabout while on the 407 at whyteleafe. Otherwise, I would never had known aobut it. Route 367 serves east croydon station 3 times although I don't understand why as the other routes don't Was going to pick that until I thought about the X26 ;D Didn't realise so many routes in central london serve so many stations one after the other. Thinking about it now, its not really a surprise considering the many stations there

Thinking about it now, its not really a surprise considering the many stations there The 30/205 serve 7 different stations in 9 stops between Baker Street and Kings Cross. That doesn't even include St Pancras International! As for the 434, I first saw that in Whyteleafe when I did the 409 end to end on an ALX200 Dart. I also saw one peeking out of one of the most random sideroads ever when on the 463 in the Coulsdon area. Had to make the time to go on it from Whyteleafe South station one day as I was intrigued to see what route it took. I think that was the last route I hadn't done in Croydon - even managed to do the 404 before I it! Also, when I was on the 407, I was exploring the routes on the powerblinds at the stand. Accidently forgot to change then and ran as far as Purley showing 434! The 367 is a bit of an anomaly really as other services following that route bypass East Croydon Bus Station. The 185 at Forest Hill serves all 3 stops, yet the 356 omits the one by the forecourt, which is odd. Don't think there are any routes serving the same station 4 times though, that really would be overkill! If I can think of any other uncommon, but not unique route features similar to level crossings or security barriers then I might try another quiz.
