So technically it is still a dart, just because the Name Dart has been removed does not mean it is no longer a Dart.

So are you calling an optare versa or short tempo a dart because it is a Midi bus An Optare Versa & Tempo is a Proper Sized Single Decker. So just of of curiosity ... why is a 10.5m Versa a proper sized bus and a 10.8m Pointer Dart not - both are of lightweight chassis construction.

To me as this is how I always see it
A Dart is a bus that was built between around 1989 and 2007/8, Euro 2 ones had a Cummins 6BT engine and coupled to the Allison AT545 gearbox and Euro 3 ones had the Loud Cummins ISBe 4-cylinder 3.9-litre engine with the same gearbox and was very Jerky and does NOT have Enviro 200 bodywork
An Enviro 200 to me is a bus with the Cummins ISBe and the Allison 2100 series gearbox, It also has Enviro 200 Bodywork excluding a few which had MCV bodywork

Having spoken to Edd he is counting e200's as darts. Hope this clears everything up.

E200/20Ds are Dart 4s afaik. The last time I checked a E200/20D said Dart 4 on the chassis plate.
I remember we had this issue when people were saying E400s are not Tridents but yet they state trident on the chassis plate.

www.flickr.com/photos/chrisbell50000/8162172294/ While this isn't exactly a E400 it is a E500. You can clearly see it says E50D then underneath TRIDENT E500 and this photo was taken in november last year (so a year after the new naming scheme E20/30/40/50D came into place on ADL vehicles)
