Strange as that's not the diversion. quote author=" jackthelad87" source="/post/603006/thread" timestamp="1604688558"]492 has been on diversion in the Bluewater direction only since monday due to subsidence on the entry of North Cray Road from Ruxley Roundabout. Buses to Bluewater are diverted on quite a lengthy diversion route south from Ruxley roundabout along Maidstone Road, left on to Birchwood Road, right Leyton Cross Road, left Oakfield Lane, then Old Bexley Road, Dartford Road, Vicarage Road, before rejoining line of route at Bexley Village adding approx 12-15 minutes on to the journey time. Buses towards Sidcup Station are unaffected. Looks like it's going to be in place for a few weeks as the road is quite badly damaged.[/quote]

I wonder why Maidstone Road and Birchwood Road, Leyton Cross Road, Oakfield Lane, Old Bexley Lane and Dartford Road wasn’t used though.

It's been on a for a little bit but I'll post it in case anyone is using the affected routes:
Route 35 is diverted between Brixton & Loughborough Junction via Effra Road (St Matthews Road & Brixton Hill towards Brixton), Morval Road, Dalberg Road (Brixton Water Lane towards Brixton), Dulwich Road, Herne Hill & Herne Hill Road
Route 45 is not serving Brixton at all and is diverted at Brixton Hill via Brixton Water Lane (Morval Road & Dalberg Road towards Loughborough Junction), Dulwich Road, Herne Hill & Herne Hill Road
Route 322 is diverted (again) between both ends of Atlantic Road via Coldharbour Lane, Effra Road, St Matthews Road, Brixton Hill & Brixton Road towards Clapham Common and via Brixton Road, Effra Road, St Matthews Road, Brixton Hill, Coldharbour Lane, Somerleyton Road, Loughborough Park, Moorland Road & Coldharbour Lane towards Herne Hill (lengthier diversion towards Herne Hill as a result of two banned turns)
Route 345 is diverted between Brixton Police Station & Loughborough Junction via Brixton Road, Effra Road (St Matthews Road & Brixton Hill towards Brixton), Morval Road, Dalberg Road (Brixton Water Lane towards Brixton), Dulwich Road, Herne Hill & Herne Hill Road
Route P4 is diverted between Gresham Road & Lambeth Town Hall via Coldharbour Lane with current last stop now at Electric Lane which is usually served by the P5 only (much shorter diversion due to being able to pass under the low bridge on Coldharbour Lane)
This is due to Gresham Road being shut which is the usual routing of four of the routes and which the 322 was diverted along as a result of bridge works on Atlantic Road.

Also a note that Dulwich Road has been gridlocked recently during the peak hours (yesterday at 8am traffic went from Herne Hill Station all the way to Effra Road ) so buses are getting delayed on that section

Thanks, I've amended it - btw, the 45 doesn't serve Brixton during the diversion as they are running past my house which is where Brixton meets Brixton Hill & the tip of Tulse Hill

Came in as emergency so maybe no time to risk assess. Arriva said they would and I would change the diversion, no more has happened. quote author=" DT 11" source="/post/605717/thread" timestamp="1606260126"] Strange as that's not the diversion. quote author=" jackthelad87" source="/post/603006/thread" timestamp="1604688558"]492 has been on diversion in the Bluewater direction only since monday due to subsidence on the entry of North Cray Road from Ruxley Roundabout. Saw a 196 and X68 going passed Brixton Garage (Streatham Hill) this evening. Presumably something's up in the Norwood area.

Interesting that the 315 was curtailed to Royal Circus. Would buses have just parked up on the side with hazards on for a break? Also assuming that blinds and iBus were still showing West Norwood yet drivers had to explain that they were only going to Royal Circus

Imagine this is causing delays! Sported a 473 that had run short to Prince Regent from North Woolwich earlier.
PRINCE REGENT LANE, E13: Routes 147 262 276 300 473 are on diversion southbound due to works. Routes 147 262 300 473 towards Canning Town are missing the stops from Beaumont Road to Newham University Hospital / New Vic College. Route 276 towards Newham Hospital is missing the stops from Beaumont Road to Newham University Hospital Main Reception.
Buses are running via Barking Road then assume via 376 to Newham Hospital.
