Glentrammon Road will be closed for 2 weeks from Monday according to street signs, but no mention of how R1 will be diverted on any website or affected bus stops. Why no advance notice?

It's been all week! (and chaos all week!). greg has some of the 'best moments' of it on another thread.
I'll believe it when I see it for the end date... it's already been extended till 16:30 on Sunday. I'm not hopeful.

Hahaha I was out and about Warren Street this evening around 3PM and can now say the works were over earlier and done with. Im not sure why the works were extended as buses were back to LOR before today? Im pretty sure they were done with on the 18th

According to tfl website: GLENTRAMMON ROAD, BR6: From 08:00 Monday 21 October until 17:00 Thursday 03 November, ROUTE R1 towards Green Street Green will be diverted via Vine Road and World End Lane due to SGN gas works taking place on Glentrammon Road. Bus stops 'Vine Road', 'Highfield Avenue', 'Farnborough Hill' (F) and 'High Street / Green Street' (G) will not be served WRONG!! Vine Road is also closed, so diversion takes R1 along Sevenoaks Road and up Warren Road. So that is 4 stops missed, incuding very steep hills, leaving residents with no bus service for 2 weeks. A simple solution, involving just a few temporary no parking cones would be to serve Waring Drive stop, then use Waring Drive to rejoin Windsor Drive, missing just 1 stop.
How can tfl mess up both its website message, and fail to spot simple diversion?

154 towards Morden and 403 towards Warlingham are currently not serving Fairfield Halls, they are going through the underpass due to emergency works in Wellesley Road. Not sure why they can’t turn at the flyover roundabout, go back and u-turn again at George Street in order to serve the stop.
