Heads up:
From Monday 3 March 2014 for 3 weeks there will be some roadworks on King Street in Southall, leading to the closure of the road between Norwood Road and Western Road. This affects the 120 (both directions) and the 105/195/482/H32 (towards Brent Road only, buses towards Southall Broadway don't use this bit). Will lead to a lot of traffic on the stretch of Western Road served by the diverted buses because of the lights at King Street and the road is also very narrow in some parts.
Diversions:
120 towards Northolt (reverse in opposite direction): Ahead via Montague Waye then right to Western Road, and left to King Street and LOR.
105/195/482/H32 towards Brent Road only (no diversion towards Southall Broadway): Right to Western Road then ahead at mini-roundabout by Montague Waye to LOR (no diversion towards Southall Broadway). Probably will be a temporary stop on this section as it takes out two bus stops and leaves a large gap between remaining stops.
Route E5 not affected.

Bus routes 155, 333 and N155 are on diversion and delays in both directions on Clapham Road, SW9 due to a burst water main.
Routes 155 and N155 are on diversion northbound from Clapham Road, right Caldwell Street, left Brixton Road, ahead Brixton Road, right Kennington Park Road and rejoins line of route.
Route 333 is on diversion northbound from Clapham Road, right Caldwell Street, left Brixton Road, right Kennington Park Road and rejoins line of route.
Routes 155, 333 and N155 are on diversion southbound from Kennington Park Road, left Brixton Road, left Camberwell New Road, right Foxley Road, right Vassall Road, ahead Caldwell Street, left Clapham Road and rejoins line of route.

Routes 140 and 395 are on diversion from Northolt Road, right Alexandra Avenue, left Eastcote Lane, left Field End Road, ahead Wastcote Lane North, right Mandeville Road and rejoins line of route.

Route D8 diverted both directions between 08:00 and 20:00 via Bank Street and not serving South Colonnade, Westferry Circus and West India Avenue.

Since yesterday:
B361 Whitton Road Hounslow, both ways between Pownall Gardens and Cross Lances Road
B361 Greater London - B361 Whitton Road in Hounslow closed in both directions between the Pownall Gardens junction and the Cross Lances Road junction, because of earlier building fire. Diversion in operation - bus routes 281, H20 and H22 are on diversion via A314 Hanworth Road and Nelson Road, or via A310 Twickenham Road and St John's Road
On Sunday 30 March there is the annual religious event in the Hounslow/Hounslow West area, usually around Wellington Road North I think so 81/203/222/H28/H32 affected.

123 and W15 diverted away from Forest Road between the Bell and Blackhorse road due to an underground gas explosion on / near Forest Road west of the Palmerston Road junction. Buses running via Billet Road / Blackhorse Lane / Chingford Road.

There were and continues to be a confusing diversion at Canning Town, as buses cant go around the inside of the bus station, due to some problem on the road surface. All buses are exiting the station towards Excel, doing a U turn somewhere and coming back into the Station. It takes the buses at least 5 minutes for the most minor of problems.

Routes 61, 208, 261, 320, 336 and 358 on diversion via Crown Lane Spur, Southborough Lane, Blackbrook Lane, Bickley Station and Widmore Road due to a car collision that happened on Masons Hill.

Southall – On Sunday, from 09:00 until 18:00, Havelock Road, Park Avenue, King Street, South Road, High Street, Uxbridge Road, Green Drive and Avenue Park are closed due to a religious procession. Now, Green Drive is not used by buses and Avenue Park should read Avenue Road. Info taken from TfL alerts email  . Not sure how long for but 19's are standing at the Petworth Street stop towards Clapham Junction for the 49, 319 & 345. I believe they will take a left from Prince of Wales Drive and a left onto Albert Bridge Road and another left onto Parkgate Road and then back to line of route.

Routes 11, 24, 148, 211, N2, N11, N44, N136 towards - Fulham, Pimlico, White City, Victoria, Camberwell. From Parliament Square at the junction with St. Margarets Street divert via ahead St Margarets Street, ahead Millbank, right Horseferry Road, right Marsham Street, ahead Great Smith Street, left Victoria Street to line of route. Route 88 towards - Clapham Common From Parliament Square at the junction with St. Margarets Street divert via ahead St Margarets Street, ahead Millbank, right Horseferry Road left Marsham Street, to line of route.
Some 24 drivers didn't know that Victoria Street was closed and had to go round the Parliament Square.

The diversion of route 51 due to the closure of Edison road until the 17/04 has finished early all works were complete last Friday so the second week has not been needed yet all stops still display the diversion notice.

I did notice the 51 was running along it's usual routing during the weekend, which was rather disappointing as I liked the diversion route along the roads not served by any buses. |
