Any pics Jack? I promise not to doctor them I'd love to see this bus back in action, with it's 'TFL Approved Blinds' still intact For you....of course MCS1 turning into Hounslow todayThanks mate! I'm sure they can lose the 'New Shorter Citaro' vinyls now it's not so new I hope they keep the blinds though - they would be allowed to do so if Leon's signed it off. Hopefully it will herald other buses following suit with similar blinds following the catastrophic failure of the Kindle Project

MCS1 is only at Hounslow for a few weeks and will only make outings on the 110. Where will MCS1 end up after Hounslow? Touring the rest of RATP garages or back to Daimler / EvoBus?

MCS1 is back out this morning, of course on 110. Hopefully I'll see it when I drop the other half off in Isleworth later.

And its back out of service, probably again due to a driver not knowing how to change the dest. I had a nice ride on it on Monday. I am guessing they are evaluating it for a possible 265 order.

Its currently not allowed in service as it hasn't had Twickenham programmed into the LED display That explains why it wasn't showing on LVF today. Surprised it hasn't had every single London United route, all termini and turning points programmed in. After all it's so much easier than normal blinds - a matter of just plugging in a computer. Maybe whoever missed it looked at the recent consultation and thought it had been completed

Since this vehicle hit the road, they had a great opportunity to show that LED blinds aren't such a bad thing but this vehicle makes it look awful. I remember how tacky it looked when it was blinded for Brentford CC on 235 and it seems two years later and the issue still exists. This morning it looked like it said 'Twickenham110' without a space - they need to make the destination slightly smaller and further away from the route number. (Just a wee moan, otherwise it's a lovely bus)

They are easy to use as the computer tech is easier

Although this bus is now in service as MCS10, it still has the slogans, the new shorter Citaro, euroVI on the sides above the windows and on the back
