Ah - BX is my patch - LTs are very unlikely to fit on the 89 around Slade Green, and I’m not sure about the 486 between Charlton Village and the station either. 132 is a fairly good shout though. 37, 63 and 363 would also be a good idea to have PM as a LT garage and then move the EHs/MHVs to BX for the 89/132/486 instead I don't think the 37 could take them, whenever it turns to serve North Dulwich Station, it looks like it could be an issue. The 337 seems like it could work, but the Richmond could be an issue.

Come January 2021, I still think it will be an early start but ir will be when LTs will be cascaded onto other routes temporarily while electrics are introduced around London, especially Central. If I’m honest, think the 148 will be the first route to have it’s LTs moved to another route, like the 65, 183 or 281? I don't see LTs moving out to the suburbs en masse. I think most LT routes will be awarded a second term (if they haven't already been) on the basis of existing vehicles, with vehicles moving if the operator changes. After that they will start reaching the age where the worst examples will start to be withdrawn and the better vehicles being transferred to other routes as LT operation is gradually phased out route by route - as has happened with other vehicle types in the past (not least the original Routemasters). Don't forget that LTs already meet the ULEZ emissions standards so there is no need to remove them from routes on which they are well established.

Let the 37's E's and two VHP's see out their time.

The other potentially problematic turn is the left turn from East Dulwich Grove into Lordship Lane which is quite tight. The rest of the route should be ok but I hope it doesn't get any. Richmond won't be problem as longer buses can navigate Richmond and the 337 has its own dedicated stand at Richmond so should be ok.

Also had the 10 and 88 which are now no longer here, and the 88 no longer has LTs so would of been 12.

I can see this happening, but I do think that LTs are just as special on the EL routes as they are the only LTs in the area normally, and electrics will soon fill up London anyways. I’d rather they put electrics on the 5 and then replace the EL route LTs in a few years to other routes instead at like BX for example. The 89/132/486 would be a good place. If only Go Ahead still had the 422, you could of converted the three North Greenwich-Bexleyheath routes to LTs. Ah - BX is my patch - LTs are very unlikely to fit on the 89 around Slade Green, and I’m not sure about the 486 between Charlton Village and the station either. 132 is a fairly good shout though. Speaking of Bexleyheath, how would the LT’s fare on the 96? Greenwich Waterfront Transit may also be talked about further allegedly, so LT’s would be a good shout for it too.

Yes by 2030 the newest examples will be 13 years old and the oldest 17-18 years old so phased withdrawal will start well before 2030.

As you should, don’t get the LT takeover at Euston as it seemed they all converted at the same time aswell or at least within the same year. I was honestly so sad when I found out the 253 was converting, the HVs were brilliant. They also put LTs on the 254, what a shame.
