What much of the footage shows is that people get wound up and things get utterly out of proportion sometimes. I get cross and wound up and have firm opinions but I don't take it to persecution levels. What is telling is that these people are actually happy to appear on TV looking like complete loonies! Err hello?!

He was causing a lot more danger than motor vehicles imo. Worst thing about it is him telling other cyclists not to go through red lights.... The worst was that woman waiting for the W19, adding up all the minutes the bus is late daily and saying TFL is wasting minutes of her life and has the cheek to complain to TFL stating "the driver drives like he just passed his test"

Guys an idiot hes over to the far right of the bus lane for no reason and then when a bus passes him completely in the other lane he's like `oooooooooooohhhh that's close` the way he speaks to people one day he's going to meet someone who doesn't appreciate his education.

She also seems clueless that Countdown is not precise and that buses can get delayed for entirely legitimate reasons. You might think she'd have worked that out if she uses it every day. I also wonder how much work she gets done if she's sent 18,000+ tweets including abuse to TfL. She also seems utterly unaware that it is not "her Twitter and I can do what I like". It's a public form of communication which is subject to the law of the land. I wouldn't be surprised if she loses her job after the programme. If I was her boss I'd be deeply unimpressed by her behaviour regardless of whatever job she does.

She will probably be happy to know the W19 is getting a frequency increase and unfortunately she will probably tweet more complaints. I wonder if the majority of these people who complain have higher phone bills than food shopping. I think a lot of the stuff was entirely petty.

Nice to see the moral warrior on his bike upholding his values by calling a bus driver a "bastard".

There was one guy who had a go at SWT for his London-bound train always being 1-3 minutes late at Surbiton and that being enough to make him late for work. I suggested to him that he take an earlier train but he wasn't having it (trains are pretty frequent, usually have to wait no more than 10 minutes; In comparison, next station Berrylands only has 2tph on the Hampton Court stoppers despite being on the mainline).

7 minutes in and I'm already a bit peeved off Lady goes mental because her bus is 2 minutes late or whatever... then complains about every little thing, too slow bla bla bla... it's not really going to help all that much. Lemon cake balls do sound rather delicious though. Everybody complains about transport though... but some of these are complaints kind of ridiculous (and don't help anyone)... such as 'Take your oyster and shove it up your a*******...'? Man are some people easily mad! Massive kudos to those who deal with some of these crazy 'super-complainers' I wouldn't last an hour without losing my mind and swearing at someone... and subsequently get fired.

'TrafficDroid' has good intentions but is slightly insane 'Balls for breakfast'?! Not forgetting his magic tape measure...?! HelCam? DroidCam? ReactionCam? DroidBike? £1,800... I can't dislike him. He's silly. They should make a new superhero film about him. 'TrafficDroid the Movie' ...errr, on second thoughts, maybe not.

It's sad to think by the sounds of it there not even on permanent contacts, from what the young lad said about the customer service awards helping to to get a good shot at a permanent contact.

I felt the driver at Sutton Garage who was sent on GAL's customer awareness course at Q after a complaint was a bit pointless. From what I could see, he dealt with a chancer who didn't have his Oyster 16+ on him well and didn't get much support when he raised legitimate concerns about the job being more difficult.

Looking at the powerpoint it had a CPC logo, I'm not in the industry so don't know how it works, but would this not be a good way in keeping the drivers periodic hours up?

Just finished the documentary... i.e. more procrastinating instead of studying Hmm... The TrafficDroid™ didn't have much in terms of hi-vis... in fact he was dressed completely in black in most of the scenes he was in, even during night-time... Not the most visible thing on the road from the back, that's for sure A tip for him... avoid anywhere where the 453 goes. That particular route's buses have really been causing him trouble. Also... be more visible? Maybe?
