Which type of bus (Diesel or Hybrid buses) is better one and why?
The hybrid is the better one. I seem to have a more comfortable ride when I am on a hybrid. Love the mini electric breaks and quick these buses are. In my opinion, the best hybrid bus is the Volvo B5LH Gemini 2. Brilliant engine, design and operating system.
What about you?

Diesel for me simply because the sounds they make - you just don't get that same collection of noises on a hybrid.

I prefer Hybrid buses as they mostly make less sound and are also cleaner. Although I also love 47's Tridents as they are fast and have great kickdown.

Heart says diesel, head says hybrid. So I haven't voted

Diesel all day long - Hybrids are boring - Can't beat a good ZF engine sound

Diesels because they have more seats and make noises. The ADHs are totally unsuitable for the 94.

I like a bit of both really, diesels for the same reasons as vjaska, and hybrids (they feel faster IMO and are cleaner). Voted for hybrids because they were tagging behind My favourite hybrids are 61-reg and newer E400Hs - they sound 'more hybrid' than the Geminis, if you know what I mean

Diesels because they have more seats and make noises. The ADHs are totally unsuitable for the 94. Make more noise is all well and good, when a VLA comes roaring past my bed room window when i'm trying to sleep. squeak, roar, squeak as they limp past my bed room window when I'm trying to study. Give me an ADH running past my house and i'll be a happy man.

I live next to 3 routes that use VLA's lol - I also live next to a route that uses similar hybrid buses to ADH's and there not exactly quiet at night either.

Hybrid Buses are much better as they are environmentally friendly, quieter and majority of them don't roar or make silly noises compared to diesel buses. Diesel buses can provide more seats than Hybrids.

I have to contend with very loud E200s running past my house at 6 in the morning.

I think I'm 60/40 in favour of hybrids. Hybrids are faster, smoother and sound better imo.
Though you have diesels that are quick and sound good aswell

Diesels by far are more fun, KICKDOWN, they all act differentlyish, more fun on hills
Hybrids boring and predictable
