For the 123 I would have the same list but: - Add RMC to that as RMC1464 & RMC1453 worked on the route 123 running day (my partner was the clippie for that and driver of RML901 in the afternoon). Add Capital Citybus Mk2 Metrobus Add Capital Citybus Dennis Dominator I also remember the National on the 123 (if this is the same instance?) - I remember seeing a Capital Citybus National in Redvers Road but sadly was not able to go for a ride at the time. I'm pretty sure there was a Leyland Titan in Capital Citybus colours! I can't remember exact buses I used on the 123, but i used the 123 from when it was Leyland Titans, red with a tree as the division, something forest? Someone will know I'm sure I've definitely done all possibles in the last decade except those on the running day sadly. Even those ugly things that first used, don't know the name, but the rear number blind was under the downstairs window. Whilst I'm remembering, the was a ADL Olympian with full blinds on the rear of the bus (number, destination and via points) - that looked a bit odd! London Forest??

Yes it was London Forest when LT chopped up the Central Buses unit in preparation for eventual sale. There was a Capital Citybus Titan numbered 100. There are photos of it on Flickr running on the 123 but I never saw it in the metal. Going back to RM5's post I know there were three RMCs on the 123 but I didn't ride on them which is why I missed them off my list - First's RMC1510 open topper on the last weekend of First operation and then Arriva's RMCs on the 50th birthday of the 123. I rode the RM and RML on that Saturday. First London RMC 1510 123 last day with First Bell Corner, Walthamstow by plcd1, on Flickr Arriva London RMC1453 123 Walthamstow by plcd1, on Flickr Arriva London RMC1464 (2) 123 Walthamstow by plcd1, on Flickr Arriva London RM6 123 Tottenham Hale by plcd1, on Flickr Arriva London RML901 (2) 123 Walthamstow by plcd1, on Flickr For some daft reason I missed off the Leyland Olympian / Alexander HK tri-axle that ran on the 123 despite it being my avatar. I'm clearly still asleep.

Forgot about RMC1510 - although that wouldn't be able to go on my list as I didn't ride that.

I can remember as far back as the LBL subsidiaries of London Central, London General & South London - in fact, the VC's for the 133 & 196 were delivered not long after I was delivered.
I also remember seeing a few DMS on Brixton Hill routes as a kid but never got to ride one until this year.

Most routes in North London have been relatively stable for years with only a few types seen, especially those run out of the Leaside/Arriva garages. Routes which passed through Capital Citybus gave about the best in terms of variety.
259: Leaside Buses, Cowie Leaside, Arriva London North MCW Metrobus
Capital Citybus/First London/LG MCW Metrobus (ex-Centrewest/London General e.g. GYE 416W) Dennis Dominator/Northern Counties (H2XX KVX) Dennis Arrow (R436-450 ULE, S451/2SLL) (main fleet 1998-2003) Volvo Olympian (NC) (S2XX LLO) Volvo Olympian (Alexander) P2XX MPU Dennis Tridents - TN/TNL from T-reg up Volvo B7TL VNL (mainstay fleet 2003-2011) Volvo B9TL Gemini 2s (current)
I'd think a route like the 407 or 345 would have the most varied fleet since privatisation.
Edit: the 67 will have a list similar to the one above (minus the dominators and arrows which I don't think ever made it onto the route), plus Stagecoach's Olympians and Tridents from it's time with the route - turbotired so can't be bothered to write the list up now!)

The Alexander RH Olympian with the full rear blinds was 238- the rear blinds weren't particularly reliable, it's favorite place to get stuck was "67" and "Trafalgar Square. There was also a Dennis Arrow/East Lancs with a similar layout (426) but I believe this was delivered with NP blinds so was limited to the 179 at DM. Just one or two to add to the 123 list under Capital Citybus: Trident/ Alexander ALX400 Dennis Dominator/ East Lancs (the ex Leicester Citybus F-MBC ones)

When I started work in North Finchley, in 1998, I rode the Metrobus (M) on the 221 followed by DLAs including the very DLA1! I remember initially them not having rear downstairs windows, this did later change with the majority. I also rode VLWs and recently DWs and a HV!
I remember multiple amounts of buses rode on the 67! Metrobuses, Olympians, tridents, Plaxton Presidents, Volvo Gemini 2, as well as Enviro 400s and DWs and HVs more recently
