Not aware of snoggle's earlier jaunt today on the infamous DW411 today, it still seems to be in the testing phase, snoggle reports stickers telling drivers not to thrash the bus, but I was able to see her start up in Enfield before setting off towards Stamford Hill. I went on a little jaunt down Hertford Rd on the 349 to see what all the fuss was about Quite a unique engine note as well - Typical on-board bus noise - the three year old boy on the 349 was just as excited as I was youtu.be/DTm1xrWlXXM

Nothing about don't go quickly.

Nothing about don't go quickly. My jaunt was around 5:40 pm, after seeing the bus parked at E, I went and parked across the road from the garage, only for someone telling me to move away from in front of their garage driveway... By which time DW411 had escaped, so I chased it in the car, overtook, parked and got on near Cuckoo Hall Lane and it was a short jaunt... Back among the hardy folk of Edmonton (I lived on Croyland Rd), I cut short my journey due to lack of thrash, I was hoping the lady driving it would have been a bit heavy with her foot... The climbs from Bruce Grove to Tottenham Town Hall or from South Tottenham to Egerton Road would have been fun with a more urgent driver...

Sounds like a streetlite.

Sounds like a streetlite. It was quite a deep rumble, a bit like the Euro3 DB250, which kind of surprised me for a 4 cylinder engine, but the lady driving didn't thrash her which was a shame. But despite sitting right at the back by the engine, my Galaxy S4 couldn't capture much of the exhaust note as there was quite a bit of noise (like the toddler who loved the ride as well!), it was a short jaunt from Nightingale Lane to Bounces Rd... I was already in Enfield working and was supposed to be heading home Hopefully 411 will stay out most of this week so someone else can perhaps capture a vid... I imagine another good route for it would be the 121 or 307
