Reviving this old idea of something connecting the unused Beacontree Ave, Walthamstow, and either Downsell Rd or Harrow Green stands in Leyton(stone). So here's an idea:
W17: Walthamstow Beacontree Avenue > Winsbeach > Wood Street Station (like the 230, but then turn right under the rail bridge) > Vallentin Road > Walthamstow Village (like the W12) > Hoe St > Leyton Bakers Arms > Lea Bridge Road > Markhouse Avenue > Oliver Road (for Leyton Orient) > Leyton Station > Leyton Downsell Road
Note that the return route will have to avoid the no-right-turn from Markhouse onto LBR by going via Capworth Street and Manor Road; or, TfL allow a right turn for buses only at the end of Gloucester Road.
It's mainly to be used as an extension of the W12 for other parts of Walthamstow / Wood Street, and connecting down to Bakers Arms instead of W'stow Central. Then, connecting Markhouse Avenue and Bakers Arms, while also giving Oliver Road (as well as the developments to the West of it) a bus route direct to Leyton Station. I can see this being particularly popular, plus it avoids the shenanigans to and fro Grange Park Road which the 58/158 have to deal with instead.
Bus used: a less than 9m long Solo SR / Streetlite / E200 Electric (if they make 8.9m ones...). Garages could be any realistic ones such as EC or NP (dead runs via the A406, since Beacontree Ave is next to Waterworks' Roundabout), LI (dead runs to LI from Downsell, changes at Downsell / Leyton Station), T (changes at Bakers Arms like where the 48 used to) or AW (Becontree Ave deadruns via A406 as above, but to Crooked Billet).
Still thinking of one for Harrow Green. There was an idea that on Leyton High Rd, the W17 continues to Harrow Green via Frith/Millais Roads and right turn at Cathall Park to Harrow Green terminus. This might be better than terminating at Downsell Road, but the W14 does the Harrow Green to Leyton Station connection quite well. So back to the drawing board for a Harrow Green route.....

Well since TfL likes to makes routes longer these days. Here are a few ideas: 112: extended from North Finchley to Wood Green via Woodhouse Road, Friern Barnet Road, Friern Barnet, Bowes Road and route 232 to Wood Green (maybe further to Turnpike Lane Station). converted to double deck. To act as relief for the 232 and to link North Finchley and Finchley Central with Arnos Grove. 232: withdrawn between Staples Corner and St Raphael’s. Rerouted to Ealing Broadway via North Circular Road, Great Central Way, route 332 to Brent Park Tesco’s, Drury Way, double run via Besant Way and Pitfield Way for St Raphael’s Estate, Drury Way, Brentfield Road, Neasden Temple, Hillside, Brentfield, Harrow Road, Point Place, via route 112 to North Ealing, route 483 to Ealing Broadway, Spring Bridge Road, Haven Green and The Broadway. Converted to double deck. The reason for this extension / reconstruction is to help out the 112 and to link Neasden Temple to Stonebridge Park Station.

The 232 is a really long route and the majority of it is spent on the North Circular which can be a bit of a pain. However wouldn’t that rendition of the 112 have the same problems as the current 232? And why are TFL making bus routes longer? With the traffic issues in London right now, wouldn’t making routes longer just kill the reliability.

This 112 probably would suffer the same problem as the 232 but I'm hoping that TfL puts bus lanes and bus priority schemes to make things better. I think TfL are making long route to create new links. Longer routes probably would kill reliability but I hope with bus lanes and bus priority schemes it would make reliabitly better.

TFL Shopping Express bus routes:
705: Westfield White City Marble Arch Station / Selfridges Oxford Circus Station & Great Tichfield Street Tottenham Court Road Station Holborn Station Whitechapel Station Westfield Stratford City
710: Sloane Square Knightsbridge Station Marble Arch Station / Selfridges Oxford Circus Station / Regent Street Piccadilly Circus Chinatown & Soho Tottenham Court Road Station Camden Town Station Chalk Farm Morrisons for Camden/Stables Market
Running on weekends only between 12am to 9pm. Only stopping at the stops listed below for busy shoppers only linking shopping destinations.
The 710 does a circle routing between Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road going down Regent Street, Piccadilly and Shafestbury Avenue and I only thought this because I wanted Piccadilly-Soho to get one of these routes. The 710 then runs non-stop to Chalk Farm via the 24 from TCR.
The 705 also runs non stop between Holborn and Whitechapel and Whitechapel to Stratford due to heavy traffic and also because there are barely shops there.
What are your thoughts?

R68. Extended to North Brentford Quarter.
Reason. No reason other than it will become a very unique route in crossing the river Thames three times, possibly the first time that has ever happened?

270 extended to Westfield Gives South London a direct link there instead of having to change to the 220 and helps the 220 too. Probably won't happen

Fantasy because of traffic conditions
But the 607 being extended to Holborn via the N207 serving only limited stops
Holland Park Station Marble Arch Station serving all stops to Holborn from here

I'd have the 453 extended via the current route 177, and either terminating at North Greenwich via the 188 or 129(with the 129 being withdrawn as a result), or terminating at East Greenwich with the 129 untouched. This would bring LTs to Greenwich which would be good for tourists.

Another way to link Westfield Stratford with Westfield White City would be as follows: 9 Diverted at Kensington to White City Bus Station. Extended from Aldwych to Stratford City via route 26 to Liverpool Street and route 388. 26 Diverted to London Bridge, replacing route 388 (Route 76 would retain the Ludgate Hill - Waterloo link) 49 Diverted to Hammersmith, replacing route 9 388 Withdrawn It would be nice to see route 9 back at Liverpool Street. OK this scheme won't happen but it is a bit of fun.

I thought this was a good idea for the 436 too which is a shorter route

Back with my adding Hadley Green to a bus network idea but this time with the 383. To me it's interesting why there isn't a bus run by TFL going to Hadley Green full time. My idea: Route 383 now becomes a Monday to Sunday service Routes 84 & 399 have no changes to timetabling Routing changes: Route 383 is currently running between Finchley Memorial Hospital & Barnet The Spires. Towards Hadley Green, Route 383 would take Stratford Road & Alston Road with a new Hail & Ride stop at the top of Alston Road to help serve those who are served by the poorly timetabled 614 who do not have a link to High Barnet Station or New Barnet. It would then take St Albans Road, before then turning up Barnet High Street then serving the stop "St Albans Road/Hadley Green" which is served by Routes 84, 399 & 626. This is to serve the northern half of the high street and to better link it with current users of the 383. It would then run Hail & Ride along Hadley Green Road & Sydney Chapman Way. This is to serve residents of East View & Hadley Green Road better. It would then turn onto Dury Road before serving the hail & ride stop served by Route 399s. The route would then turn back onto the A1000 to then go up to Hadley Highstone, before turning using the turning point and then some stands being created on the opposite side of the road. A stand would be marked "Hadley Highstone" Towards The Spires it would have the same routing (even via Strafford & Alston Roads) Why the 383 is a good option: The route running times are good they don't start too early or finish too late, minimal resident disruption Small buses that can do the manoeuvre around the Hadley Highstone turning point without problem. A 30 minute frequency which is ideal for the level of demand Access to High Barnet Station, which is being prone to less parking spaces soon, will help residents not needing to pay for an 84. Also access to New Barnet Station and serves the full length of the high street and The Spires. Issues could be raised: - Route cannot fit through the Alston Road width restriction Solution: Removing it and possibly implementing a bus gate. It is presumably used so Alston Road isn't used as a ratrun. - Does not serve Greenacre Close or Beaumont Place, as well as still leaving Kitts End unserved. Kitts End is very small in terms of population and I cannot see much demand for a service. If Greenacre Close or Beaumont Place were to be served, likely the next curtail point would be Ganwick Corner and using the triangle to turn around. However, demand is not high enough for either options. - What if there isn't the demand? Solution: This would be heavily advertised to the residents. LondonNorthern

The 383 would no longer serve High Barnet Station, but the 184 would continue via Meadway.
