I thought the C2 uses hybrids now (originally for the C3)? The C2 is still diesel operated at the moment, the C3 hybrids are finding themselves on the 211 these days. Yes, officially the C3's intended E40Hs went to the 211 in return for that route's 12 plate E40Ds. The C2 and 414 still officially use their respective 59 and 12 plate E40Ds.

With the 414 and C2 not being cleared for conversion are they likely to remain diesel operated for the foreseeable future? I thought the C2 uses hybrids now (originally for the C3)? The plan in the beginning was for the C2 & 211 to use the hybrids but I guess it made more sense to convert the 211 to fully hybrid operation.

I can't see the 15 converting especially as the 15H Routemasters are being / about to be refurbished, one of the reasons the 9H was withdrawn was confusion about the role of conductors on the 9 and 9H. Leon Daniels has already stated that the 15 won't be converting to NBfL's. Sorry i know im 2 months late, but when was this said about the 15?
