The passenger numbers are huge as well - numbers have near enough doubled between the first year and last year while they are expecting numbers to nearly double again by 2030.

Will this have any impact on Line 3? Or is it only line 4's extension that increases the frequency to 5 minutes for every tram to Wimbledon

I didn't know it was Line 4 that was being extended until I saw Gerard's post. I don't use Tramlink very often - I've not even seen the revised platforms at Wimbledon yet nor have I been on a Stadler tram yet. The last three times I've been in Croydon the Stadler trams go into hiding - I've only seen them twice and then only fleeting glances.

I've done the second one a number of times though I think I prefer the older Bombardier Trams - haven't seen the revised Wimbledon platform but used the old one more times than I care to remember

They've also published a new map/timetable and have changed the colours of it, also the newly extended West Croydon station looks nice but there's less seats but I dont think thats finished, but I wonder how good the numbers will be especially from end to end.

Also there was plans that the Beckenham Junction will be extended to Wimbledon and Elmers End too in the near future with 2tph only around the loop and New Addington going round Croydon and then half will be split to the Dingwall Road loop in the future.

The new platforms ain't really a big thing it's just platform 10 (Tramlink platform) has been split into two, 10a and 10b with b pushed out a little bit so can still overtake those on platform 10a however though from what I know only a has been use so far and b should be in use from the line 4 extension starting tommorrow. Here's the timetable for tram1/4 - www.londonbusroutes.net/trams/160403T1T4.pdf tram 3 - www.londonbusroutes.net/trams/160403T3.pdf

No still the same annoucements but the screens just look different but the annoucements were pretty quite but I could only here due to being under the speaker so again don't know what was the issue with that.
