The 456 will be going ahead as proposed with TFL intending to introduce the new route in Autumn subject to road changes. I've posted the results update on the 456 consultation thread

Oh my god, what the hell is wrong with TfL bloody running even more routes less frequency, this is stupid just because of stupid Covid-19 which should never even have existed and in two weeks I want to ride buses again! I’m going to be really harsh here as I think this is a rare moment for it but your post is stupid - do yourself a favour and think of the wider society first rather than of yourself. I’ve been bed-ridden potentially from Covid-19 since Sunday and all you care about is stupid bus rides. Apologies to everyone else but I won’t tolerate drivel like that. OMG Get Well Soon. This Deadly Disease Will Not Beat You 👍

I was sick for 11 days straight, my wife also fell sick so it has been a pretty unpleasant experience .... unfortunately the crowds nowadays are a complete belittlement of the lockdown

Good heavens - glad to hear you are both better and I hope the most important upcoming changes ahead for you both are better health and an easier time ahead.

Routes 112, 313 and 325 have been converted to double deck operation. Single deckers have significantly reduced capacity during current social distancing regime. I expect more will follow.

Add the D6 and W13 (most of the time) to the list. The only problem will be when buses return to normal PVRs as there won't be enough spare double deckers.

The 200 sees alot of DDs at the moment and the 163 a few aswell. Hardly any on the 164 or the 80. 80 surprisingly dosent as there can't be a shortage at A at the moment of DDs.

Possibly you can. I did think the 80 may have converted to DD possibly with the ex 202 WHVs which are now going to the 200.

Interesting as deckers are continually used on the route - using LVF records, just about every double decker bus outside of the VE's has been on the route since January this year, sounds like one of those myths.

But none at the moment despite spare double deckers being available which would allow for better social distancing which was the original point.
