As a part timer on this route there is significant passenger traffic to the college in Essex Rd which will keep people standing at the stations.
The other bit to raise here is the tight turning circle at Argall Ave as the wheelbase length is essential to make the U-turn. Eg DP208 will not make the turn but LDP208 does.

Correct, it is the turning circle at Argall Avenue that is the main issue regarding length of buses on this route. A 10.8m Dart cannot do this in one full swing.

So the buses swing round at the roundabout on Argall Avenue? If there was any sense in the world TfL would built a turning facility / stand at the new Lea Bridge Station and run the W19 on to there so people can connect to trains and buses on the Lea Bridge Road. Regrettably I doubt this will happen even though the extra mileage would be minimal but the connections would be very good.

W19's stand just before the bigger of the two roundabouts on Argall Avenue (the section of Argall Avenue that has the council depot). When heading towards Ilford, buses serve the big roundabout and head to the other roundabout which meets Argall Way and turns around there as the first stop is located by that roundabout. I hope that makes sense lol.

I did note the mismatched end and start stops which struck me as rather odd.

As part of Liveable Neighbourhood cycle improvements work in the coppermill lane area, Waltham Forest are proposing to remove the existing road closure in South Access Road. This would enable the W19 to be rerouted outside of the council depot and on to South Access Road, with the opportunity for potential extended hours of service. In the long this may also facilitate the potential extension of the bus route, linking users to the recently reopened Lea Bridge railway station. Details on the bus gate in South Access Road are available here link
