It looks like you've answered your own question in regards to the 113 and 139s.
All the negative talk about the 13 is rightly justified Tower Transit have attempted to "fix" the route three times in the space of a year and it still doesn't run very well. The 460 performance has visibly worsened over the past year. Coincidence?!
I do wonder how many times people complained about a poor service on the 82 ...
However, the stats show that it has slowly improved as previously mentioned by others. Improved from what though And just because it has improved doesn't mean it's any good.
Whatever the statistics are, it still doesn't tie up with the level of service I observe on a very frequent basis. However I do acknowledge that the route is not directly comparable with the former 82 due to the frequency increase, and lack of "13" along Finchley Road.

The 13 still seems quite abysmal from what I've seen of it and it's no great surprise that the alternative 139 and 460 have become much busier. I wonder how much longer TT get?
