TfL have put up signs at local bus stops indicating roadworks in the Barking Riverside area for the next 6 months so the EL1 will be on diversion not being able to serve a large portion of Barking Riverside.
This made me realise, are the changes that were originally said to be happening in Summer 2018 even happening anymore? I've not seen any sign or indication of it happening, I remember passing through the new area on the EL2 last year around August and saw what appeared to be a new bus stand in the area under construction but I've seen nothing since.

My other half has been experiencing problems with this set up. EL1 terminates at Riverside School during 6am - 9pm but it is a pain when the peak buses end their run at the school and head to the bus garage. It is not the most welcoming of places when you have to wait for the bus heading back to Ilford or walk after coming from work late. I would rather extend EL3 to the school or do the double run via the school with EL1 and terminate at Mallards Road. I expect all the reroutings with EL3/EL1 to finish in October. The bridge works have started and the housing development have ramped up.

Saw this while passing though Little Heath earlier today, that the EL3 finally will have a new stand with a new first stop in Little Heath which is located on the southern part of Little Heath next to the NCC Redbridge Campus, there will be a separate stand/last stop and first stop which are both located round the corner of each other. Here are the pics of the new stand/last stop and the new first stop.

I wonder if you know whether or not the 369 will continue to serve the old terminus/bus stop of EL3. I do hope that connection isn’t lost heading towards Ilford. It is definitely well used after school and during peaks.

It's about time, they were meant to do this in the weeks before the EL3 was introduced although for some reason it kept on getting delayed again and again.

I took a walk to Barking Riverside a couple of days ago, I noticed a slightly rogue bus only section of the road down Handley Page Road, although did guess it was for the eventual EL3 rerouting that way. Although some further snooping around on Google Streetview shows that the proposed Busway has actually been built already link to screenshot
I imagine this makes it the only busway in London, although technically no route actually uses it. Although maps and my observations the other day suggested that this is currently a dead end road, so it might be a stretch to assume the EL3 will be sent that way anytime soon.

Soon later this year, When London Overground line open to Barking Riverside.
I wondering if TfL looking into Route EL1 and EL3 changes because if people planning to get overground lines rather than bus EL1/EL3?

Yeah I'm sure they are revamping the road to the station maybe they will divert one of them to go via renwick/River Road On crossness Road and Handley page Road according to Google maps there are bus stop markings wonder what routes will use these
