I know about Watford Junction and Staines-Upon-Thames but I know there are a few more out-of-zone locations.

Well, all of them, because they're all TfL bus services...
To add to the list, my beloved 298 and 313.

Pretty sure Caterham and Dorking are Being pedantic, Caterham Station is in Zone 6 these days, which wouldn't meet the criteria of "outside the zones" . However, I suspect he may have meant "outside Greater London", in which case yes Caterham (and Dorking!) are correct .

I did, had brain fade. Since rerouting 965 also goes via roads in Long Ditton (Elmbridge borough), therefore actually goes outside twice to different boroughs as Worcester Park Road is Epsom and Ewell borough. Not sure if any other routes start and finish in London and do this.

I was just trying to fill in a few gaps that others hadn't filled. I think vjaska is right that the 347 just pops outside the TfL area although TfL still provide the bus stops at Ockendon. The 375 goes over the boundary and is still a nice ride which is what I suspect slimjim might be looking for - some scenery. However there isn't anything at Passingford Bridge apart from a roundabout.
