I heard several calls from Centrecomm yesterday about this, that traffic signals were showing green for both cars and trams at the same time and for drivers to exercise caution. So I can't help but think this is connected? That was earlier in the afternoon though!
That car appears to be going way too fast, surely you'd of slowed down when it was pretty obvious you're going to hit it!!
