347, 375, 385
389 and 399 are operated with the same bus, so technically each routes PVR is 0.5

W10, 603 (not really a schools route given it runs during most school holiday times), 549
lots of school services although many are crosslinked from other routes.
The remaining mobility bus routes - 931, 965, 969

Would like to add on, inspired by ThinLizzy. Some routes have no PVR but directly crosslinked from other services. Mobility Routes uses buses from another allocation PVR 1 / 0 - Won't bother listing School routes as most have a PVR of 1 146 327 - Shared with the 491 347 375 385 389 - Bus from the 299 - PVR 0 399 - Bus from the 299 - PVR 0 549 404 467 - Has a School Journey, so PVR is 2 H3 R5/R10 R7 R8 - Has a School Journey, so PVR is 2 W10 Didn't realise 2 was in the title 346 464 - Has a School Journey, so PVR is 3 481 R6 U10

There's one bizarre one - the 521 can have no buses running on it in the evenings as the trip running time is shorter than the 12 minute headway - and the buses leave each end at pretty much the same times. Unusual for a route with an actual PVR of more than one to have all buses in service on stand at the same time, especially if high frequency.

It would take some pretty enthusiastic driving to do Waterloo - Holborn - Bank - London Bridge inside 12 minutes, even in the dead of night! The W13 has a similar setup for the last few hours of an evening with both buses on stand for 10 minutes at each end at the same time, but is obviously a much lower frequency route. (see also: 362, 401, 413, sure there are others if I pick back through the list. Anything with more than 2 bph would be a surprise to me though)
